I was not very happy about my recent stay at the Premier Inn Chester City Centre, I had to have a couple of nights there for business as I was delivering seminars early in the morning on both days, so sleep was essential - something I …

Stayed overnight in late September 2024 as attending a family event in Chester. Check in was smooth and very much liked the fact that only guests can access the bedroom floors. Room was spot on - had everything that we needed. …

Great location and a really nice environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Loved the purple lights in the bathroom! Bed was comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. The WiFi was ok but I purchased the ultimate which was great for watching Netflix in bed!

We have just spent three nights in this hotel. It is conveniently placed for the railway station and the city centre. The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfasts were lovely and hot as well as good quality. The staff were very accommodating, they were friendly and helpful at all times. I can't fault anything, if we return to Chester, we will book there again.

Not the place to stay if you need to travel by car. ||There are approx. 12 spaces, which were full on arrival and throughout our stay. …

I stayed here for 1 week on business and was booked in by my employer.First off, its a Premier Inn not the Hilton, you get what you pay for and its always best to keep that in mind.I got there late on a Sunday evening and the staff were there to greet me with a smile, I was checked in and in my room in minutes. The room was very spacious for a solo trip, plenty of space to put my case and hang shirts and suits. The bathroom was also spacious and had a dual head shower. Both bedroom and bathroom were very clean.Staff were amazing, very attentive and happy to book taxis and give advice on nearby places to eat out.The food was decent enough, breakfast was the usual buffet style with cooked or continental options with plenty ro choose from. Only issue was that the kitchen was having ventilation repairs so it meant I couldn't eat in the hotel each night, the staff were very kind to tell me which local places to go.Overall can't fault my stay.

First time to Chester. This premier inn was one of the better ones. Nice large room and very well located and maintained. Staff very friendly. Will be coming back to explore Chester again and will be considering staying at this hotel again soon.

Stayed 2 nights. Right in the middle between chester Station and the city center so really convenient. Rooms were nice with TV and air con. There was free WiFi but it kept disconnecting so you would have to reconnect again. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating adding a candle to a desert for my mums birthday. There was sometimes a bit of a wait at reception to get seated for meals. The food was good and options amicable. After a day at the zoo and a lot of walking in the city the day after it was lovely to come back to a comfortable room, have a quick shower and sleep well. Will gladly stay here again.

We stayed in 211 and we thought it was excellent. Adequate open shelf storage and six coat hangers was fine for our short stay of one night. The room was clean. Bed comfy, ‘soft’ pillow not so soft but i haven’t marked it down because i know i am not easy to please when it comes to pillows! We arrived two hours early but there were no rooms available to ‘check in’ early, but we were able to leave our luggage with reception. We had an email before our stay to say that work was being carried out during our stay, turns out they were installing a boiler above us but work didn’t start until 8am so it didn’t disturb us.Work being carried out means there is no on site parking for the near future. We travelled by train. The evening meal at 6pm was a little late for us as we like our last big meal of the day around 5pm. But the dining area was very modern and well laid out and organised.Great breakfast, pleasant staff throughout our stay and excellent location for the Railway Station, shops, River Dee and Canal. We will definitely be going again.
