On arrival Matt made us aware he was the New manager. And both Matt and Pete made us very welcome. Our Room was clean and tidy ,Matt asked us if we were happy with the room , and he couldn't of been more helpful. Matt even found us a small fridge for our room . We are looking forward to staying again over the Christmas period.

We didn't expect much for £50 for a double en suite, but the bed was clean and comfy which is all that was required. Matt was absolute star!! …

Dirty beds, No hot water, no soap, litter in room and mouldy teabags! And got hit in the head by a falling ‘gun’ ornament as I closed the door 🤦🏻‍♂️||In time, it could be great. But until that time, there’s far better accommodation locally! |Paid c. £200 for two nights, left after one.||Staff seemed nice folks though.

Awful experience, we had prebooked to stay for 3 nights. On arrival we were told the shower wouldn't be working in our room and they'd try to fix it and that the towels weren't ready as they had cleaned them. …

Run by a bunch of crooks!Paid £440 to attend a residential course here which has been cancelled by them. They are refusing to refund my money as they state it was stolen by an ex employee (owners partner). They are refusing to accept they are liable to refund my money, telling me I need to report the theft myself. Hafan were paid by me therefore Hafan should refund me. It is their responsibility, not mine, to report the theft of money from their company account. I am one of many who have been told will not be refunded.

This is a long one -We went at the end of January for a little getaway, upon arrival the place was desolate. No human in sight, we ended up communicating across the ring doorbells, then then have us a number to the cleaner so we had to face-time this random guy to find our room. Apparently we couldn't get our original room we wanted to we got one with two single beds. We were a little weired out by the place by then but nothing alarming. I'll skip a few bits but basically I had to wash my hair in the sink because the shower was only dribbling water, and the room had no proper heating so we were freezing, the worst part was when I was getting into bed. Upon peeling back the duvet I noticed a few bits of hair on the pillow, so I had a better look and it seemed the bed was filthy. I stripped it a little to see and omg it was filthy. I messaged the contact number and after discussing my horror with the bed, they only said they'd have a stern speaking to with the cleaners.Safe to say we did not stay there that night and booked it.Also no refund. Crappy place.Would give 0 stars if I could, place should have a thorough cleaning throughout whole building.

We arrived to a deserted place - no answer to doorbell and person whose number was on the door said she no longer worked there. Door was unlocked so we went in - no one there - dirty and looked like someone had walked out mid cleaning. Don't book it - it's no longer open
