This is a lovely B&B in a historical building on a beautiful street. Our room (on the ground floor in the back, so no street noise) was large and comfortable. The bathroom for that room was also large and very nice. …

This is an old, charming hotel in a nice area of Cardiff. We did walk to the hotel from the train but it is a bit of a hike. There are good restaurants just a couple of blocks down the street. Our room was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfasts - buffet AND hot cooked ! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Easy to find, hosts were lovely. Beautiful example of a well kept Victorian Villa. Our room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was excellent - simple but excellent choice of buffet followed by a cooked selection. I had the full Welsh and it was spot on. If I need to come back to Cardiff, I would definitely re-book this hotel. Well Done!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Lincoln House. The breakfast was generous and the serving staff efficient. The problem is the Wi-Fi. …

Very disappointed regarding the room. Very dated, ripped bedding, stained carpet. For £400 per night, I expected a lot more. Obviously bumped the price lot due to event in Cardiff but standard of this place is low. I went into the communal room for a nosey round and wrote my name in the dust by the door. Was still there the next day! Will not be returning. Our room stated a king size bed. It wasn't! Plus point was the breakfast. Plenty of choice and friendly breakfast staff.

Helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast was great: self-serve counter with cereals, fruit, etc., plus full hot made-to-order breakfast, and service was very friendly and prompt. Parking area behind hotel was easy to access. About a 15-20 minute walk to the center of town.
