This was our first time to llandudno and it did not disappoint. Our hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. The location was amazing and we even got a couple of days of sunshine. Food was good and drinks were reasonably priced.

The hotel has very recently changed hands, and the rooms are due for (and need) refurbishing, but the present price is great even given the present condition of the rooms, making our stay very good value. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom was great. We had a view of the sea and could look left and right down the promenade. Our breakfast could not be faulted.

Just returned from an excellent week's stay. The staff are always helpful and friendly but Lara is an asset to your hotel and always makes sure things are carried out promptly and to a high standard. Was great to be able to hire a mobility scooter. The meals were delicious and there was a varied choice each day.

The single room 338 I would of given a 5 but shower power poor and shower holder broken..the room was very clean and the bed comfy. Perfect nearly . Definitely recommend. Staff very helpful and polite. Bar area and restaurant area very clean. Breakfast was fine just a little dry as if prepared an hour before and under hot plate. But wouldn't stop me booking again. Fabulous location seafront.

Pleasant older style hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our double room was a good size but some of the single rooms our group had were very small. The evening entertainment varied. Morgan Reeves and Chris Taylor were excellent but the other two acts performing during our stay weren't.
