Our large family had a lovely stay here in August 2024. I believe it used to be a B&B but has been taken over by new owners who have renovated the place and made it into a wonderful home from home. The decor was beautiful and the property is very large with great facilities. The owners were very accommodating and we were even allowed to store our boat at the house whilst we were staying there. The hot tub was an added bonus, which all the family enjoyed. Wonderful location for exploring the west coast of Anglesey and beyond. Will hopefully be staying again.

Amazing, welcoming vibes from the foyer to the massive kitchen/dining area to the super chill lounge/parlour; great space for kids to chill, too.Great bedroom/bathroom provision.Easy access to local pub, Cidery, lovely beach and good access routes.Highly recommended as a holiday destination!

Had a great family weekend in this beautifully renovated property. The big kitchen/dining room was perfect for the whole family to sit down together. The bedrooms were really comfortable and well appointed and the hot tub was a lovely bonus! Fantastic situation close to Aberffraw beach and also close to the seaside town of Rhosneigr. Would certainly recommend and hope to stay there again in the not too distance future.

Had a wonderful stay at Llywelyn Fawr. The space is perfect for large get togethers, the location couldn't be better, with the beach and Jaspel's Cidery both walkable, and the beds are extremely comfortable!

As children, we used to holiday in Wales every school break with a base in Anglesey. However, more recently it has been difficult to get together as a family for an extended period. Llywelyn Fawr provided the perfect place for us to do this and we couldn’t have asked for more. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and well thought out, with a fantastic kitchen / dining area big enough to accommodate the large group that we were. The living room was a great area to retire to and I can imagine is such a cosy place in the winter with the fire burning. We made use of the hot tub every night which was a lovely addition to the house and really made the evenings special. The location of the house is great with a beach within walking distance and a really nice cafe a stones throw away, but even the opposite side of the island which we explored on one of the days was just a 30 minute drive away. There were a couple of times where we had questions for the hosts, and they were really responsive and helpful. We can’t wait for our next weekend get together here and hopefully will do so for many years to come.Thank you!

Room (4) well equipped with a very comfy superking bed and good shower. Breakfast excellent. As oldies, it would have been nice to have been offered help up the steep stairs with our luggage, but otherwise a pleasant overnight stay en route to the ferry. The Crown, just a couple of minutes walk away, provides a good evening meal, but do book.
