Had initially booked to stay at the glamping site however due to unforeseen circumstances and adverse weather we were moved to the hotel. The team were extremely quick to get us sorted and were super friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and warm and the decor is very nice. Food was decent but the main thing for me was where the hotel is located. Such an amazing location with breathtaking views, they also have a number of activities on site making it a great place for the family. I will definitely be coming back here. Great place for the winter.

The place was magical. We were accommodated by a friendly staff who gave us all the information we needed. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. There was a handwritten letter waiting for us which was very nice. Since we were hungry, we went to eat at the hotel restaurant. The prices were not particularly overpriced. The food was delicious and they even had a vegan option. The breakfast was delicious. We would visit again.

I am visiting North Wales as a disabled traveller. On arrival there is no disabled parking however there is a flat area at the top of the carpark where I could get out, then let my partner park the car. …

What a fantastic night's stay we had at this modest but beautiful hotel. The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble . The food was beautiful, it's a simple menu but plenty of choice and the breakfast was perfect . The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and sleeped like a log .

Accommodation was lovely, very clean, recently refurbished, with fantastic views over the valley, beyond the slate mine and Zipline.Bathroom was a bit on the small side, could barely move in the shower without banging an elbow. …

Had the loveliest stay here, beautiful hotel with lovely helpful staff, would highly recommend it. We stayed in room 10 which had the most stunning views. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from zipworld which made it so easy to do all the activities we wanted to do. There's a public footpath behind the hotel, up the road a bit from the turning, and the views from there were gorgeous. Breakfast was great too!
