Our stay at this BB was a majordisappointment. We were there for two nights on a work trip, and the lack of basic services was unbelievable. On second day there was no room service at all-no cleaning, no fresh towels, and the bin was left overflowing. When we asked why the room hadn't been cleaned, we were given the worst excuse by the lady: they claimed that since our belongings were in the room, they didn't want to risk being accused of stealing! That's simply unacceptable. And the man receptionist told me to get room service I need to go to 5 star hotel.Coming back after a long day of work to find no clean towels or a tidied-up room was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I noticed that whenever someone leaves a bad review on their Google page, the management responds in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for non-existent services.Breakfast service was good no complaint about that

Just a few words to say, Room pleasant enough, freshness when you walked into the bedroom, sheets on bed creased, could have been ironed first thing we noticed straight away, bathroom dark and dated nowhere to put toiletries, breakfast nice, would have been nice to have some marmalade or jam available.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst working in the area. The rooms were meticulously clean and spacious. Jan was a fantastic host, warm, friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and really set us up for the day ahead. If I’m ever back in the area this would be my first choice.
