||It was so friendly! Parking was so easy. Food was very good, although the Rice Crispies felt like they'd overstayed their visit! ||Breakfasts were excellent, and always freshly-cooked, if necessary. …

Not the best Premier Inn we have stayed at beds comfy as standard . Bathroom floor could have done with a good clean looked like round the bin and back of door hadn’t been mopped for weeks dust was that thick . …

We was greeted by reception and cared for with extra pillows and towels and spoilt at breakfast. A lovley stay, after a superb nights sleep. Our stay was just great, and stopping at premier was justified by the service and comfort. Thank-you premier team rhyl.

The staff here were really helpful and kind to me during my stay. The hotel is so centrally placed, clean and the rooms well equipped. The restaurant is calm and a nice atmosphere as it is only open to residents. The breakfast here was usual high premier inn standard with lots of choice.

Location was great by the seafront. Car park was harder to find but is actually only around the corner closed by. Feels slightly understaffed as they run between the reception and the restaurant next to it. Room was clean and bathroom ventilation doesn't work properly so beware of steam after bath/shower! On the first day of arrival we had a really dirty slime thing on the shower head and this was changed for us immediately so shout out to the staff who got our replacement and fixed it swiftly.Buffet breakfast was ok but not the best with the hot food compared to their other branches in the UK, their fried eggs was cold and this was only at 8am! Their mushrooms was very dried so was not so pleasant.Overall location was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom although clean could do with fixing the ventilator properly. Breakfast was a slight let down.

Evening meal was a big disappointment. First we ordered drinks. I wanted bitter shandy, only to be told I couldn't have that as there was no draught bitter. …

Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel could do with a little face lift. Some areas strike you as basic and not welcoming. Hard colours make the hotel look a little drab. It meets my needs, as a place to stay whilst visiting an elderly relative in a nursing home, but I would not consider it for a holiday break.

Location of the hotel is great, it’s on the seafront, next to everything you need. However, we had flaws on our visit.Upon arrival, the system wasn’t working so unable to get in straight away, but the staff did get that resolved quickly to be fair to them.It is the only hotel have ever stayed at, that wouldn’t give you an extra pillow. The staff seem overworked, running between the hotel & the adjoining restaurant. That is when they weren’t on their many many smoke breaks, leaving the reception unstaffed majority of the time. The extractor fan in our room did not work, so having a shower or bath, you got smoked out, and the windows don’t open in this hotel.Breakfast was not great, some of it already cold, and the lady chef behind the counter with an attitude as I didn’t re-use my plate although it was made up of mostly fat from the bacon I tried. But to end of a positive, the end was comfortable, but absolutely will not be staying again!

Stayed 3 nights.Room really nice and clean, staff couldn't do enough for you, especially front desk.Breakfast was nice, chef worked really hard and she was very nice.Only thing id say is need bins emptying at back as seagulls get in yo it when bins overloaded. Apart from that 5/5
