First time here but won't be my last! Immaculately clean throughout. Beds comfy and room ascetically decorated. Room even had a desk and two comfy chairs. Very spacious room with balcony and spectacular views. …

STAY WELL AWAY!It is in my professional opinion that you should stay well clear of this place if I were you! We had to take them to the small claims court, as they owed us money for work we did for them. The gentleman who you deal with, who goes by the name of Phillip Matthew Dunn who claims to be the owner, then when it comes to all things money related, despite several promises to pay, he claims not to be the owner. So, on the face of it, as much as it pains me to leave this review, this place us cannot be trusted! It seems that there is some kind of scam taking place here. The judge believed our version of events and both Mr Phillip Matthew Dunn from Liverpool and Maes-y-Garth B&B now has a county court judgement against them, which they have still decided to ignore. Stay with these guys at your peril! You’ll also be able to read the full story in my new Travel Guide!

We stayed here 3rd-5th of December, what a wonderful welcome as we opened the door and it was so warm, and it stayed like that throughout our stay. …

This place is awful. The Tv doesn’t work, and there is nobody no available to ask about anything. No taxis (on sundays) so I had to walk here, pulling my case behind me, a very long way along a busy road. …

Phil has put together a really nice B&B in the wonderful town of Betws-y-coed! Our room was very clean and very roomy - not cramped at all. There is an open-kitchen and deck that provided a lovely view of the valley. …

The guest house is a bit outside Betws. On the upside it means it's probably the quietest location in the village. The downside is that due to the closed footbridge walking to the village centre takes 25 instead of ten minutes. …

We stayed at this lovely place over the August Bank Holiday and it was perfect. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything was really comfortable. It was a peaceful stay and a great base to do some local sightseeing. We were made very welcome by Phil and he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others.

Beautiful little B&B. Stayed 3 nights in room 2. Very clean. Shared fridge on landing with fresh milk. And your wine.|No problem with WiFi or phone signals. Breakfast not available but plenty of cafes in town. Lovely and quiet. Private parking. Would recommend this.
