SCAM! DO NOT USE!! We got to this place on the day of check in. No-one was there, place was locked up. I called 3 times, sent 2 messages and no response. We waited 2 hours and came back and again, no lights on, no-one there. Then this place sent a message saying thank you for check in!They have taken my money and are still accepting bookings! I will be escalating this as it basically amounts to fraud. Please arrange new accommodation if you have booked and do not use!

they cancelled last second leaving us stranded, because they hadn't finished renovations from when it burnt down in January. literally 7pm the night before we were meant to be staying. inconsiderate and dangerous behaviour.||it was the fringe festival, we were lucky to find a place even though it cost us a lot more.

Do not book!!!! Me and my friend booked this place in July of last year for the Taylor Swift concert. We didn’t hear anything alarming until about AN HOUR before we were due to check in, when we received an email saying our reservation was cancelled without any other explanation. We tried to call, nobody answered. We went there and saw for ourselves that the place was deserted, and thanks to people around we learned that the place burned down TWO MONTHS AGO (and they are only cancelling our reservation an out before). Thankfully we got another accommodation for the same price and in a better part of town and got refunded about a week after. I find this extremely unprofessional, do not book this place

Pay attention to old reviews dear guests. This place is apparently closed at the moment. I tried to contact them but they didn’t answer (through email and phone). They suddenly cancelled my reservation 2 days before my stay. Luckily the help center from Booking is useful and they’re kind enough to help you immediately. Please answer your email next time

I spent one night in this hostel and only good thing I can say about this hostel is location. The owner straight up lies about conditions of the facility. First of all room me and my girlfriend were staying supposed to be 36 m2 (9 beds inside), unfortunately it was probably around 10 m2 if not less. So it was really crammed. Not to mention bunk beds for 3 people, that you could not even sit in. I got assigned the middle bed that with my height was almost impossible to climb onto. I can't imagine how an older person or someone with mobility issues would be able to manage with that. There is no privacy there, the size of the room lets you look everyone in the eyes while lying in bed. In addition the bed lights are not working. Now this only starts the series of things that don't work or exist. Kitchen is not functional, while there is sign that it is currently under construction, I don't see any changes since the photos posted on google reviews 9 months ago. The hob is not working, the ceiling is falling apart, the trash is pouring out of the bin. There is no space to relax, no couches only rather uncomfortable cheap looking chairs, this is especially bothersome when you can't even sit on your bed. There is actually no space at all, not only rooms are small, the whole facility is tightly packed, for 4 rooms with total of 42 beds there is around 10 chairs in the kitchen and other room with coffee machine. Because the rooms are so small there is no place to store any of your belongings there. The only place for that are small lockers that we struggled to close with our one day stay luggage (normal sized backpacks) and some groceries. To complete this recollection of rather unpleasant experience I can't leave out the owner of this establishment. As my girlfriend checked out of the hostel, she left on booking dot com mixed review of the hostel listing all the things said above. It was not mean or straight up hate. Unfortunately the owner can not take the criticism and responded with insults and really childish cheesy comments. He blamed her for not doing enough research of what she booked. This is extremely embarrassing thing to say while lying about every single aspect of the conditions of the facility. I do not recommend this hostel at any circumstances.Thank you for your time.

AVOID!!!! SCAM!!! Booked this months in advance for an event, they cancelled a few weeks before and rebooked for a higher price and then cancelled on me the day before the concert!!! Can’t stress enough, do not book this place!!!

PLEASE stay anywhere but here. This is a last resort hostel at best. Rooms are crammed 3-story beds and there is no staff. I booked a night and received a bunch of generic messages about the check-in process, which is 'until 10pm'. I emailed to ask FOUR times if I can check in late since flight arrives after 11pm. Finally, whoever is in charge of customer service responds LITERALLY saying that they don't have time to sit around and answer questions. Also told me to go ahead and cancel the booking. They DIDN'T answer the question because this hostel is supposed to run itself. Super lazy and incompetent management. The most pathetic experience I've had in a long time.
