I would recommend this place to anyone! Especially if u have the unfortunate event of visiting the children's hospital. This place is the most reasonable price compared to others, I booked late each night due 2 waiting for a space in the Ronald Mcdonald house (hospital). The bus leaves from right outside the hospital and drops u right outside the accommodation( about a mile), but the very kind owner picked me up within 10 mins of booking, to show me my accommodation, dropped me back at the hospital, and dropped me again the morning I checked out. ( Genuine scottish hospitality that made my day of a very rough week)The accommodation itself ws pristine compared to overpriced shabby places I had stayed in previous nights. With microwave, fridge and tea facilities and freindly helpful staff it is home from home.I want to say a big thanku!!  I appreciated the hospitality and will defo come stay again, hopefully in different circumstances!!

B&B on the outskirts of Edinburgh, with mini car park and bus stop right in front of the B&B. Slightly small rooms, free wifi. New but small bathroom but very large shower with boiling water.New rooms well furnished and clean.Typical Scottish breakfast, served at the table (starting from 8.30am)Yes you can pay by credit card (it's not so obvious in some B&Bs you can't)Price paid with booking 60 euros

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay. Couldn’t recommend anymore. We requested a double bed and we were given t with no issue. Also requested early check in through booking.com as it is usually 2:00. That was carried out for us also no problem. The decor is just stunning. Rooms are large, bathrooms are very small but for a few nights definitely is adequate. There’s Netflix in the rooms as well as kettle and a hairdryer, no bath but an amazing shower. Got free breakfast on the morning and all only cost £70 which is brilliant for the area. Free parking, shopping centre a 5 minute walk away, bus stop across the road that gets you right into the city centre as well as the most friendly host you’ll ever meet. So much better than going to a big branch of hotel. Instead give them a miss and go to this lovely little guest house, save your money and have the most amazing time with hosts to aid your every need.
