Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff!A group of us were attending a work party in the Gorgie Suite, so we booked to stay in the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help. The staff on reception (Emma) was amazing , the skyline lounge and bar staff were all friendly and so accommodating! We stayed in a plaza suite and the room is stunning with high quality finishes and touches. We visited the memorial garden the following day, and again, the volunteer who showed us to the garden was just lovely.Looking forward to our next stay as loved it!

Room was clean and comfortable for our 3 nights at Tynecastle. Staff were lovely and accommodating. As hearts fans traveling 2 and a half hours to stay at the most exclusive football club hotel, it was well worth it!

I recently stayed at Tynecastle Park Hotel in Edinburgh, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Their helpfulness and warm demeanor truly added a special touch to the stay. The room was immaculate and well-kept, with a clean, modern design. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. One of my favorite features was how quiet the room was, allowing for perfect relaxation. The hotel also boasts a lovely café where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. There was a great selection of food, and everything was fresh and tasty – a perfect start to the day!Another perk is the hotel’s convenient location, just a short 15-minute bus ride to the heart of Edinburgh. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or enjoying the local attractions, the hotel’s location is ideal for easy access to the city center.Overall, I highly recommend Tynecastle Park Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-located place to stay in Edinburgh!

This hotel surpassed all expectations,it is spotless and very welcoming. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable and being escorted to your room to be shown how all the high tech gadgets work was a nice touch. Thoroughly recommended and will visit again. Edinburgh has some top hotels but they would be hard pressed to beat this one.

I have to make another review! We came back after a week to Tynecastle Park Hotel and they kept our luggage safe and sound! They even took it up to our room! I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel and where the staff are so proud to work there! It is definitely luxury and a wonderful experience! Breakfast was fabulous - I had a vegetarian plate and oh my, the chef must cook with passion! And, that is the word! A passionate staff who make people feel great! I know everyone has their down days, and I appreciate any effort over and above to make guests feel special!

I was not staying at this lovely hotel ( I have dined there though and it was exquisite) and I had a bit of a problem today which I wondered if the hotel could assist with. …

Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern huge bed, big TV, nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly. We had no problem with the location. Its only 10 minutes by bus. Plenty buses. Aldi and Sainsbury's are only few minutes walk. The breakfast was very nice. Many hugs to the chef for the best egg Benedict I have ever had. We enjoyed our stay very much !!!

Wow honestly an amazing hotel experience, throughout our two day stay Tia helped us immensely!Room was very modern and clean and had everything that you could need, as well as the modern bathroom. We didn’t have any food from the hotel so I can’t comment on that, one small thing is that either the walls are thin or we had a nosey neighbour😂 also we were next too a room used by staff so we could hear them bring it mugs etc. We also did find some cleaning products left in our room.Location is good and bad closest team station is fifteenth minute walk and the area round the hotel can be quite rough. But amazing stay and would really recommend

The rooms were really lovely. It is quite honestly the first room I have ever stayed in that was absolutely spotless. The rooms were lovely, well kitted out and the bed was excellent. But the majority thing that makes the hotel so good is the staff, the girl on downstairs reception was fantastic and so welcoming and the girl that served us at breakfast was so helpful and accomodating. I would definitely recommend!!
