First up - the good. It is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The shower was old and tired, and while clean needs a refurbishment, but worked. Sort of. …

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Loch Way, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for.My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious rain shower and premium toiletries.

I was initially worried as I saw the recent poor reviews only after I had booked a room, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very reasonable in terms of pricing. Parking is easily accessible. We had everything we needed or would have expected from a hotel and had a very comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a night before flying out of Glasgow, we were a bit hesitant with the recent reviews being so negative. But truly an absolutely phenomenal place to stay.Check in was seamless, the room was clean, the shower was excellent, and everything was quite comfortable. Moreover, there is parking included, free breakfast, and a very very reasonably priced restaurant run by the same family that owns the hotel. If I am ever again around Glasgow, I wouldn't think twice about going elsewhere - supports local businesses, reasonably priced, and very good and excellent service. I highly recommend staying here.

What a pit! Best described as a doss house. It's dirty. The room smells of urine and is disgusting. The curtains don't close, and if you use the shower, you're likely to come out dirty! 1 towel for 2 of us. …

Avoid at any cost! Bed bugs in the room! The new owner obviously tries to minimise their running costs, the breakfast is very basic and they do not clean the room! No bar anymore and it’s next to the main road so very loud!

if you’re looking for a “hotel” with an odd smell and desks in the hallway (complete with a knife), this is your place. it has everything you could wish for: an undefinable breakfast selection—think creamy porridge that’s anything but creamy and an unusual take on English breakfast—served on plates that don’t seem clean. the bedding appears freshly made, yet looks as if someone has already slept in it. the bathtubs have certainly seen better days, complete with rusted towel holders.the dining area is another experience altogether; the tables and chairs are so sticky and unclean that you might worry about getting stuck to them. as for the wi-fi, it seems to have issues; if you’re lucky, you won’t be able to watch TV. but if it’s surprisingly working, you’ll enjoy a broad range of channels—just don’t expect to find BBC or anything similar.try it for yourself, and you’ll have an adventure to talk about for years to come.
