My first impression was not so good as we pulled up in the car park. I really was unsure if we were in the right place. It is very tatty and looks so run down. However the staff here are superb, friendly and very helpful. They are doing a great job. The breakfast was great and again staff did a great job. The breakfast room is very small so a little difficult if you want a bit of space. My advice to the Premier Inn is give the place a bit of TLC and give the outside a tidy up. The staff are already doing their bit. I think they need a little support from above. If it wasn't for the staff the star rating would be much lower. The picture is from our room window. The restaurant next door stops cooking food at 7.30 so not much good if you want to eat there after a day out.

Clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Everything we would expect from a well run Premier Inn. |However…I would like to say that when I accidentally left behind some of my ( fairly expensive) belongings, the staff were quick to respond, professional and honest. Many thanks to the whole team.

Family funeral so wanted to be close to Larbert. Hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy. Would have preferred a shower rather to a bath as the bath was very high and I have a hip replacement. …

We have stayed in a fair few Premier Inns, and most are reasonable and are what they are, but this one was booked by chance last minute. …

Having stayed here before. I had the pleasure of meeting Martin. Who was so helpful when I had a car issue (advised me of a garage locally) the team are very friendly. The hotel is clean. Can't ask for much more. This is why I will continue to use this establishment

The hotel is very tired looking and requires a full refurbishment. Showers I have to say were excellent. Disappointed about breakfast staff and attitude so we went to garden centre just behind hotel. A very good breakfast there.

Not good if your wheelchair bound as bath and bed were awful plus standard in general of decor etc was terrible. The three members of the staff we encountered, receptionist and the two ladies doing the breakfast were excellent.

Typically comfy bed, very poor soundproofing in my room, especially from above! Loads of parking, easy to get at all local attractions. No frills but safe and warm

First impressions are dire. Driving into the car park, the tarmac is full of potholes and weeds. It all looks very unkempt. Reception is small, dark and dingy. There was a cigarette end on the mat inside the entrance and it lay there for a long time. The staff were pleasant but kind of tired, which is how I would describe the hotel in general.
