We were there as recipients of a gift voucher and despite the fact that there was a wedding and a private function we experienced excellent service along with beautifully presented and delicious food. We have just moved to the area so will definitely be back.

Room was ok considered to be the last one we have booked and also at the ground floor. Clean and tidy, big one and loved the idea that they have rooms for old people and handicapped. The people there are so kind, helpful and smiling to everyone. Didn't like much their breakfast, but the service was excellent. It is very close by the lake, walking distance from the tiny beautiful lighthouse over there, the view of the boats as well was stunning, relaxing and brings joy. Recommended for minimum 3 nights.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with our dog. Rosslea Hall is very dog friendly with dog bowls and even a ball waiting for our pup in our room. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and nothing seemed to be a bother. Our room was clean, warm and quiet. I mentioned it was quiet because one reviewer complained about the church or town clock keeping them awake all night. Hogwash! You can hear the bells if you strain your ears to the point of it being painful. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and our pooch was served a complementary sausage as well. Also the beach is a mere minutes walk away and our dog loved it.We would certainly stay here again. 🙂

We popped in for a bit of lunch in the lounge area. There appeared to be a wedding on in one of the function rooms. Staff all seemed to be disappearing from the lounge area. We sat with menus for at least 20mins, nobody came over to take an order. We eventually got up and left. Such a shame as we wanted to support a local buisness, but clearly there seems to be a staffing issue!
