Hotel is fabulous. The maids and cleaners work tirelessly everyday to change your room and keep the hotel as clean as possible. The views from the back of the hotel overlook the golf course. …

The group dinner on Saturday evening was very nice.Unfortunately, the Sunday breakfast was only better than Saturday's breakfast because I had freshly poached eggs as the fried eggs available looked inedible. The rest of the cooked food did not look any better.I am also discusted with the reply to my first feedback, which is obviously an automatic response. Either that or the hotel is very pleased that I gave a very poor review about the food price and quality and stated that I would not return.

Not as good as it sounded. We had booked a two night spa stay which included dinner, bed and breakfast on the first day, need and breakfast the second day, and a spa treatment. This was not cheap.Service at our dinner was bad. My blue fillet steak was medium rare. I was very disappointed. My mum's lamb pie had very little meat in it. It was served with a small spoon full of mash. We asked for the sweets menu 3 times before it was eventually brought to the table (the restaurant was not busy) ... then no-one came to take our order after about 20 minutes. We ended up walking out. When I complained they posted to serve our sweet in the bar. Not good customer service. We did not have dinner there the second night.Breakfast was ok. More than one toaster would be better. There was a long queue as the bread had to go through twice to get toasted. My glad had a dead bug on it.The floors really need a good scrub.Just doesn't seem to be getting the effort out needs.I wouldn't return.

Nice location, very friendly staff and good leisure facilities.Arrived on Friday 21st June and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She told us all the information regarding the car park, leasure centre, lunch, dinner and breakfast times.Rooms are a good size and have a mini-fridge, bath, and shower. Beds were clean as you would expect. Unfortunately, the television would only pick up one channel, which was slightly disappointing.Breakfast was nice and is served within the main restaurant, dinner, we had in the bar which also had a television showing the Euros. The swimming pool is a good size and has normal amenities - a hot tub, sauna, etc.Overall, it was a good stay and would come again.

My welcome to this hotel is a warning notice that it's a pay to entre car park. Then, as I couldn't find a suitable parking spot, I tried to park around the corner similar welcome. It was not obvious to me that reading the small print, register inside for guest free parking. I'm left wondering what it's going to cost me for driving around the car park trying to park. Inside the main entrance, no one at the desk to advise or assist. I was attending an AGM, and the facilities were good, as was the refreshment service for that, So poor start, could do much better.

I was given a twin room upon arrival , travelling alone I felt this was odd especially I checked in at around 4:30 and double rooms were still available - however the system had allocated that room. …
