This site isn't really for tourers it's mostly for statics and weekend cottages, and the positive reviews you see are mainly from the them, so il give a review from a tourers perspective so il start with the positives first. The site is ideal for a retired couple or for a small young quiet family that doesn't want entertainment on site, and apart from the train passing and blowing its horn which goes up to around 11pm and the odd car screaming past, the site is nice and quiet with lovely people to talk to, but sadly it can be a ghost town at times and does become boring with no one to talk to during that time. There is also plenty of wildlife here with loads of rabbits, birds of prey, horses and frogs/tods. Saundersfoot is also just down the road but its far from being a short walk away like most have said as we walked it and it took us nearly 40 mins going through the lane past the cottages with some hazardous road conditions in certain areas so be aware if you know anyone who aren't steady on their feet that wants to walk it. But otherwise it is nice walk. You do also have four seasons fruit and veg down the road which is expensive but offers miles better and much bigger fruit and veg than any supermarket, and you also have two coop's one in Tenby and the other which is a much larger store in Kilgetty. And also the pitches are fully serviced which is a bonus. The negatives are. The toilet/shower block. This block badly needs upgrading as its like stepping back to the 80/90's. So it's majorly outdated as the showers are awful plus they are ran off a back boiler and are only lukewarm at best, and after 4 uses they become cold and there's also no temperature control for them. They are also not cleaned everyday and are only cleaned once a week which is Saturdays, and as you can imagine they become stinking during the week with sand, cut grass, mess over the toilet seats and stains in the toilet bowls (if you know what I mean even though a toilet brush is provided). So if you want a shower then take a bath mat and some toilet wipes or something so you can clean the seat and not dirty your feet and clothes after a shower. And also the hand driers are crap and are the most basic one's you can buy, and with the money they make in ground rent from the statics and tourers, a ruff estimate is around £308,000 per year. So I'm sure they can afford to upgrade it and still make a profit at the end of it.The washing machine and tumble drier are expensive and don't wash and dry your clothes that well so make sure you bring plenty of money if your staying for week. The park itself isn't really a park as such as it only have a climbing frame for toddlers, so any child over 6 years old will be bored in no time. And looking at the previous park in the pictures that park seemed to be a lot better and suited all ages. And lastly the awning pitches could do with being filled in instead of the pattern shaped concrete blocks with holes in the middle that they use which does hurt your feet. And also the pitches do become boggy after a good down pour so your ground sheets will get soaking wet, so invest in some interlockable plastic floor tiles as you will need it if you stay here. But In all honesty apart from the negatives which can be sorted if they spent the money, it is a lovely quiet place and you will love it here. But for the same price you can genuinely find better a site with overall better up keep and maintenance with a bigger better park (if you have children) so do look around as there's plenty of other sites near by.

I chose this place from the sun holiday offer £200 for a party of 4 for a weekend. Before arriving, I called ahead to check if we had seating outside on the decking. We were informed we had been upgraded to a cottage, and yes, there would be seating available in a shared garden, pub bench style. I was happy with that info as we had one person in our party who has problems standing for long periods of time and walking a distance. We were hoping to sit outside the weather being good. They offered to supply a chair as it would be easier for the person with the disability. I thought fabulous. I'm really looking forward to our upgraded 2 bedroom cottage... So imagine my shock when the upgrade was a one bedroom cottage, with a pull out sofa bed!! I originally booked a 4 berth caravan. We rung the contact number (nobody at the reception desk) and were told bookings are based on allocation and we were a smaller group, so we were allocated the smaller cottage with one bedroom!!! Not happy, but we decided to make the most of it. The 1st night on the sofa bed was awful. the mattress was so thin that I don't think a child would have been comfortable sleeping on it. Lucky for us, there were 2 settee's one on the shorter side, and we ended up sleeping on them and not pulling out the sofa bed. The bedroom was lovely with a nice comfortable bed, and the shower was also great with amazing water pressure. Unfortunately, that did not make up for the uncomfortable 3 nights sleep half our party had on the settee. The Honeysuckle cottage would be nice for a couple. I would not put my kids on the sofa bed unless they replaced it for a new one with a better mattress! There was no ironing board, just an iron and no welcome book with any instructions on where to take rubbish, how to work tv (no wifi either) ect..Did not see anyone on the reception desk the whole weekend we were there and we had to call to check out as we had no instructions on what needed to be done with keys only a check out time.It does have a little play area for kids and some 🐇 that we spotted. It's a nice quite place, in a good location. If you can get the correct booking you will enjoy but our weekend was exhausting due to lack of sleep!Florence springs luxury lodges would be my preferred place to stay next time and paying the extra. Been there twice and enjoyed both times.Obviously, it depends on the budget thought and everyone's is different...

Stayed for a long weekend in one of the cottages. Very quiet peaceful site you could walk into Saundersfoot in about 30 minutes (not suitable for wheelchairs) as it was a bit rough in places and hilly.Only spoke to staff when I got losted trying to find the site and needed directions. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and stayed on the line until I arrived on site. The Cottage was lovely everything you needed was to hand. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. We were upgraded to Clover Cottage which is right next to the bridlepath which leads to Saundersfoot. I think it's about a 25 minute walk but as it was so muddy we didn't use it!  …

AMAZING. From the friendly phone call to the greeting on arrival, an extremely positive initial experience. My family stayed in one cottage and my mother in the one next door. Both were fantastic, so much better than the caravans we usually stay in. Very clean and seem to be recently renovated with a modern kitchen including an induction hob. The small site is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We spotted a few rabbits around the site, and there was a field next door with cows, and sheep with young lambs that my daughter could see out her window. Thank you so much for a great stay.
