We had a great stay here last night. A really nice looking premier inn with bar and restaurant on site. We arrived at 5 and the staff were busy serving in the bar and restaurant so we attempted the self check in but as usual with technology it was unsuccessful and we had to get assistance. We did not have to wait long and the staff were very helpful and in no time we were checked in.We had a premier plus room, which was warm and welcoming. All you could need at hand and ultimate WiFi was included. We opted to have breakfast here for convenience and so glad we did. The food was of good standard and plentiful. There were only 2 members of staff on and so they were quite busy but nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Lovely comfortable room, only slight niggle would be that the window didn't open. The location is great for leaving the car parked up and walking around St. Davids. I booked a few months in advance & got the room for a very competitive rate. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was a good powerful one.

A good modern hotel with just the sort of facilities to make a stay comfortable. I would have been happy to stay longer but there was a schedule to meet. Located a short distance outside the town and from beaches I suspect it would be very popular in summer

The food was lovely, the poached eggs especially cooked by Paul and the wonderful service from toby who nothing was too much trouble for. Just a perfect experience! Enjoyed the stay and the staff.Unfortunately then received a £100 parking ticket 2 weeks later. The ticket was sent to to my vehicle lease company who paid it and then rebilled me adding on a further £20 admin fee. So too late to try and contest the ticket. No one on reception asked for the vehicle reg or reminded us to log it and at 11.45 pm when the kids are tired it's easy to forget.End result, our stay cost twice as much so could have stayed at a 5 star instead.

Lovely newly built hotel designed to fit in with surrounding area with part stone exterior. Staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help you. Breakfast was very well organised in a pleasant dining area. The room was to a very high standard and I recommend the Premier Plus rooms. Location is nice and quiet with a short walk into town. I can't comment on evening meals as we didn't have these, although there are deals on these when booking.

Unfortunately this hotel was very disappointing. There was mould in the bathroom and a red mark which could be dry blood on one of the covers. Most of the staff were friendly apart for one lady ( who appears to be the manager). She was very frosty, didn’t smile once and very unapproachable. The last day of the breakfast was appalling (which we paid for) there was literally no hot food, no clean cups or milk . Had to ask one of the staff for a clean cup. Very disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend. We stayed for 5 nights in total
