We stayed here for one night and couldn’t wait to get out of here fast enough. The location was very secluded and hard to get to. No proper signage to the property. The rooms were barely clean with food crumbs all over the floor. I didn’t end up taking my shoes off. Strange smell coming from the house with the walls being thin so we could hear everything going on next door. Bedsheets were filthy with a build up of hairs. We were told the hot tub was included with our property but when we tried to use it, we were told we had to pay an extra £40 for the night and that we should be ‘grateful’ to stay here. Not sure what that meant. This was then locked so we could not use it. This was a huge shame as we only booked this place for the hot tub as nothing else attracted us. Owner was very rude and unhelpful and didn’t seem to want us there. We did not want to stay here any longer and considered leaving earlier.

What a lovely place so remote and peaceful. Completely self-contained double room in a 16th century farmhouse. Set on working farm of idyllic countryside, rare breed livestock, fishing lakes, a walkers paradise. Views from Black Mountains to Bristol Channel. On the edge of Gower Peninsula and Brecon Beacons. En-suite shower, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave for guests to heat own evening meals. Self service continental breakfast included.

We travelled miles up a dangerous one lane road and then another mile along a barely formed track to get to this place. There was a giant plastic Gorilla outside which is very weird and should be a warning. We ended up not staying here as the smell was overpowering when the door was opened. The house was dark and scary. We were shown up a set of very narrow dangerous old stairs to a room where the smell was even worse. I don't think the room had been aired out this century. There was a frugal do-it-yourself breakfast set out in one corner consisting of a couple of slices of white bread, an egg each and some very old looking cereal packets. There was no where to go for dinner. We thought that the smell was damp and mold and as we are both asthmatics we chose to move on. The very unpleasant property owner said it wasn't. Don't know what the smell was then, possibly the previous guests decaying under the floor boards. I note from other reviews that others also were dissatisfied with the accommodation. Needless to say Mr Jones declined our request for a refund, he is a very nasty man!

Very unprofessional host, if you stay in this property then please make sure you do not eat anything even if you pay, as the host has placed the things just for display. Theres no road to the property. Waste of money

Came for a last minute night away with my wife. It's a bit of a trek off the main road to the farm. We had a welcome message on the morning of the stay to advise they require a £150 cash deposit on arrival to be returned at the end of the stay so had to remember to get money out on our way. The host was a nice gentleman. We stayed in "The Nook" which was lovely and cosy but needs some minor maintenance. It has a really comfy sofa and a smart TV with free WiFi which was good. 2 out of 4 bulbs in the bathroom had blown but hadn't been replaced and the on/off tap for the shower just spun and you had to grip it a certain way to get it on. The temperature seemed to be stuck in full heat no matter which way the tap was turned and the pressure was very low which made for a really poor shower. The room was equipped with a microwave, and oven/hobs and a fridge freezer, plates, knives/forks etc. The bed although comfy with nice bedding was too small for me being 6ft2 but lovely for my wife.Outside the hot tub was stunning, with those views you could stay in all day. There is also a dome which was nice but it needed a good wipe down on the outside. The guttering on the back of the building was partially blocked from the looks of it and one of the end caps was missing which dripped heavily when it rained and was loud with the back window open. There's also a mix of sensor lights and ones you can turn on which was good. When we checked out I was simply asked if there were any accidents in the room, I replied no and was handed back the £150 deposit which seemed silly and a pointless endeavour to not check the rooms before giving the money back.Overall we had a really lovely stay and we will be looking to come back again and maybe try one of the other rooms/buildings.

The Metropolitan Skyline Suites offered a skyline view that took our breath away. The suites were modern and exuded a sense of urban luxury. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the cityscape perfectly. The concierge was knowledgeable and helped us uncover the city's hidden gems. This is a place where the city lights up the night.
