Had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. Siva (the manager I believe ) was amazing. My father was finding it extremely hard to get down the stairs as his legs are bad, so Siva and a lady who works there helped me get him down.Very cosy bar area with an open fire, and excellent service in the bar. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in this area , for the price this ticks all the boxes. Clean rooms, comfortable good sized beds. Staff are always very welcoming. I found this hotel whilst having to assist my father. Safe and secure, plenty of free parking, nice breakfast with enough choice. Very comfy lounge area and small bar. Will definitely be back. I've stayed here 5 times over the past 3 weeks 😊

Absolutely love this place!!!The staff are without a doubt incredible, they go above and beyond to help you have the best stay. They are so welcoming, friendly, full of positive energy and they make you feel like you matter to them!!I first stayed here in March 2024 and I’m back again in September 2024…my only regret is not coming back sooner!! This stay is even better than the first, the hotel has improved and the staff are just as amazing if not more! The food is lovely and fresh, clean style not stodgy! The hotel has a real charm to it, a wonderful energy and I feel sooooo relaxed here!!!Without a doubt the best hotel stay I’ve ever had would be here!!!I love the fire place and seating/sofa/relaxing area!!Yes the hotel is dated and older in places but honestly that’s part of the charm….ditch the modern hotel chains in which you are no one to the staff and come here…the staff make the place and you will certainly feel so welcome and like you belong here!!Being self employed it’s hard to switch off, but here I embrace the vibe, the energy and totally relax!!5 stars and more if I could give it!!!

I would have to say this is the first time I’ve been to this place and the staff were amazing they’re very helpful and smile when you walk through I know they’re under staffed and tried to make the experience the best possible the food is a 3/5 I had a burger and it was very good same as the chips very good but my friends had other meals that looked microwaved and the desert was very clearly just defrosted which was a weird sensation. Warm/icy. The tables are slightly sticky and the bathroom for the gents was pretty poor as one of the doors couldn’t close and a tap was missing. I think with more funding this place has potential

This hotel really served our purpose as a convenient overnight stop whilst attending a wedding. The double room on the first floor was clean, the shower hot, plenty of towels, ironing board, hairdryer, fan; in short everything we needed. …

From the moment my family and I stepped into Hamlet Hotels - Maidstone, we knew we were in for a treat. Our experience at this charming hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with all the comforts of home.Service at Hamlet Hotels is where the experience truly shines. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their warm hospitality and prompt attention to our needs made us feel valued and well taken care of. It's rare to find such a dedicated team that manages to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personal touch. The location of the hotel is another highlight, conveniently situated close to the town centre. The ease of access to the heart of Maidstone added an extra layer of satisfaction to our stay.I cannot speak highly enough of Alex, our host. His exceptional service was the icing on the cake. Overall this place is as you’d expect for a 3 star hotel. I think it’s a nice place to stay has advantages over the village hotel or premier inn at a good price (cheaper than village). Such as a lot more room, classic decor , fully opening windows!! Very useful in summer. Great beds, free parking, complimentary breakfast. It really does have a lot more room as well. The place is maybe a bit dated but didn’t bother me at all, and adds lots of character and history to the building. My main criticism pay to get rooms cleaned during stays. Also being an older development the carpets have various stains and more importantly the bathroom is lack for lustre. Has various blemishes, stains , marks , etc have given pictures. Bathrooms do need improvement as they are generally clean and hygienic but the closer you look you can tell the place is old in comparison to a new development like premier inn or village hotel. And with dim lighting. Also soap and shampoo bottle look kinda gross was clearly old, I know it may be a waste to change after every customer but should be changed once grotty.Overall, would stay again comfortable , homey spacious and good beds.-could do with plugs sockets closer to bed.

My wife and I just dined at the Larkfield hotel and had the Sunday roast. Staff were very welcoming. The manager Basheer went above and beyond to help us. There was plenty of choice with roast gammon or beef. A variety of fresh veg. I would recommend a visit as this was a great experience. Top marks to the staff|Thankyou|Antonio

Hotel is friendly and is cosy down stairs, the bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. My room was very cramp with a single plug. I did my best to stay out and only use the room to sleep and it was great at that. Not hot, window opens and comfortable bed.Would. I stay there again? It would not be my first or second choice, but I would if circumstances..
