Great location and lovely B&B. Really nicely decorated and wonderful breakfast (really appreciated the vegan breakfast options!). The electronic area guide emailed to us prior to our stay was a really nice touch. Really friendly and helpful staff. We did have to park a 5 min walk away, but weather was great so it just enabled us to enjoy the sunshine more! Great pubs and restaurants within a few mins walk. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for one night, the property is nicely situated, everything is in easy walking distance and the beach at the end of the road. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and Susan was a great host. Next time we stay in Deal we will definitely stay at No1 B&B.

Fab B&B!! Everything about it 5*..comfy bed and room, even a mini bar which was reasonably priced, unlike some hotels. The lovely owner clearly wanted you to have the best experience including the best breakfast I think I've had anywhere! Deal is a special place, stayed because my partner was part of a blues band playing locally, but visited the castle also which was an unexpected treat as it was a truly unique place built by Henry Viii and is a must of things to do. Local pubs, fish n chips etc, wonderful too. We look forward to a return visit!

Susan is an excellent host & runs a lovely B&B. Breakfast is fabulous & the rooms have everything you could wish for including a mini bar. I'd highly recommend staying here.

This is a superb B&B in Deal, a stone's throw from the beach, and a few minutes’ walk to Deal town centre. A warm welcome from the owners, a really nice room on the 1st floor (Walmer), a generous size king bed, plenty of storage and surface areas, tea, coffee, water, milk and biscuits. A good bathroom with excellent rainfall shower over bathtub. Good local bath products from Romney Marsh, spotlessly clean.Very unintrusive owners, once they let you in, with really good check in times from 11.30, you have your own keys and can come and go as you please. However they know the town well and recommended pubs and shops for my stay.The breakfast was superb, Sue puts on a fantastic breakfast, the cereals, fruit and juices are great, I had cranachan as a tip to the impending Burns Night. The local fresh apple juice was excellent. Then choice of cooked breakfast, eggs on toast and assorted options. I went for the Scottish breakfast special, which was a massive treat on a hot plate, Scottish square sausage, haggis, egg, mushrooms, potato farls, beans and toast. All delicious. As a friend has just moved to the town I am sure I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Number One B&B. The hosting and hospitality was extremely good, we were given pointers and support when planning our days, and leaving our bags after checkout wasn't a problem at all. The breakfasts were great, lots of variety and made entirely from local produce, with pointers of where to find said produce if you'd like to take some home. The location was great, meters from the beach. The only slight issue was that our front facing room caught a lot of the noise of passing cars on Friday night in particular, but ear plugs were provided and traffic dies down before too late. Other than that it would be very difficult to find fault!
