Me and my bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding. The hotel is STUNNING! We had dinner as a group which was so filling and affordable. We also enjoyed an amazing breakfast the day of the wedding. The rooms were so spacious and the views were amazing. Marta went above and beyond for us with her amazing service. I’m definitely coming back to stay another night in the near future.

I booked this hotel using Avios points and topped up with a small payment. On arrival Paulina, the receptionist sorted my £10 parking for 2 days and then asked for full payment for the room and parking! …

The hotel looks well maintained both inside and out...BUT the lift was not working presnting a painful hazard for octogenarians with recent knee transplants. The buffet breakfasts were good and constantly replenished.  …

The staff here were brilliant, the breakfast was really good too. The hotel is kept lovely and clean. We had a minor issue with the TV that wasn't sorted, but that was no fault of the hotel. They did their best to rectify the problem in the time they had, but couldn't fix it. Overall, I am more than happy with this hotel and would definitely use it again.

Perfect location for all the delights of Folkestone and absolutely fantastic value. Right on The Leas, there’s a glorious view of the ever-changing sea and sky from many (most?) rooms and from the friendly bar. Spacious, comfortable room equipped with everything you need. A great breakfast and delightful staff complete the picture.

Cracking location, close to the centre of town. Gorgeous sea views. Parking directly outside the hotel. Welcoming bar area & nice lunch menu. Our room was a little tired, but fine for one night. Breakfast was ok, not great. Good variety but cooked breakfast was overcooked.

Best hotel I have stayed in. Beachfront hotel. Sea view. Large room. Complimentary water bottles in the rooms, which made me so, so happy as I always have an issue with hotels that do not provide access to water which is essential to life! Furthermore, the bottles are bottomless with as many refills as you need from the bar. Thank you for this service. Complimentary locally sourced juice in the room. Lovely bathroom facilities with shower gels, shampoo etc. Fluffy robes and slippers which is a lovely touch that made me feel so cosy and relaxed. The staff make this great hotel, an excellent hotel! Absolutely wonderful service and lovely people. The booking company cancelled my booking on the day, I phoned the hotel in a panic, they agreed to honour the booking, I am so grateful to them.I received a warm welcome and 15% off my meal from the restaurant. Food was top quality. I believe their restaurant has received an award. Two for one cocktails from 4pm to 8pm. Lovely bar staff. The only issue was a frequently banging door below which was quite startling every time it banged. My partner mentioned it to the staff. I believe it was the bar/restaurant door. It stopped at 11pm. I hope they can fix this by installing a soft close mechanism or wedging the door as it was the only thing that spoiled our enjoyment of the room. I will definitely return for R&R and I highly recommend.
