You get what you pay for.The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. At night you could hear the live music from the bars outside clearly.The price was reasonable for what we got.

Very nice typical house and large room. Very good value for money. It was noisy in the evening but that was expected and the music is cut off at midnight so it's bearable. Very nice swimming pool! Too bad the restaurant doesn't offer local specialties!

I came back because of the memories from 18 years ago. The room was still cheap and I felt like I was traveling with a unique Bangkok house feel. However, I couldn't sleep deeply because it wasn't soundproofed, but I was still happy. There is also a swimming pool.

Magnificent setting with a very nice swimming pool. Certain details need to be reviewed in the rooms: no blackout curtains, pool shower not clean.Be careful, noisy some evenings (Friday?).

Ordered an english breakfast, pancakes and fruits with two capucinnos, after waiting for almost an hour we got only the english breakfast and after asking for more we finally got the pancakes, nobody apologized and we left as the rest was simply not coming

Charming place, very well located, very welcoming staff. We only had lunch there, and we also took advantage of their welcome while waiting to go to the station. Although they had problems to deal with on their side, they were charming with us. I recommend!

We strolled upon this place and immediately felt at home, Tony and staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely, furnished with taste and thought. My only issue was hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and my bikini. The mattress could have done with a topper, but I slept ok, despite the heavy rain all night beating down on the roof (it’s Thailand it happens) food was great and good value. Will be back

Upon entering, the building initially makes a good impression. Lots of wood, swimming pool is small but fine. Location is good. However, it is terrible for the night. The noise from the bar opposite continues until late at night, then there was noise from a TV in the lobby that was on loudly, the room is a kind of sound box so you can hear it through earplugs (we had two different rooms, both bad). Furthermore, half of the windows do not have good blackout curtains, which means that the room remains too bright at night. Some of the staff are friendly, but they mainly look sullen. Breakfast is expensive for what you get. We booked two nights but left after one night. Absolutely not recommended!

The room is clean. The maid is cute and sits outside the room working and relaxing and finds a fan to turn on. All employees are smiling and friendly ***except*** the employee who checked in on August 3, 2024. A chubby, fat woman who makes faces and talks and doesn't welcome guests.
