The Good and the Bad: The rooms are very modern and clean although I think that it's time to replace some of the linens as they are stained and frayed. The cleaning people came once p/week do a very nice job.The location is quite and there was a nice balcony to sit on and had a pretty good view. The pool was very nice, always clean and sparkling clear waterThe Bad: I stayed two months but the room wasn't set up very well for a long stay as advertised. There is a microwave and nice size refrigerator but no cook top or toaster. The dishes and utensils were also very limited. When they cleaned they only left one bath towel, one hand towel and not towel for the kitchenette sink area I had to buy my own. It would have been nice to be able to fry a couple eggs and have toast in the mornings.Yes, the location was quiet but out of the way. It's necessary to have your own transportation because getting Grabs can sometimes be difficult and boy, are they expensive on Koh Samui. The little red Tuk Tuk trucks that are available on the island pretty much see a tourist and dollar signs at the same time. most often they charge more than what it costs for a Grab motorbike. The "Deal Breaker and worst thing was the extremely high electric costs. Impossibly high! I was quoted 1500 bath on the high side for the month but it was nearly double that. And I don't believe for a minute that the cost of power for that one room could have used the quantity of power units I was being told. They charge 8 bath per unit and the power company rates from what I was able to research is a little over 4 baht.It just seems a bit ridiculous to ruin a reputation due to over charging for electricity and because of that I wouldn't suggest it as a stay. If you do, take a picture with YOUR PHONE, YOURSELF of the meter at check in and when bill is due and or at check out. Something isn't right. It's impossible for a room that size to use that many power units even if the a/c is running 24/7.The last thing, in many of the other reviews, they spoke about a hot tempered Host, well I heard the yelling and could tell he's always on the verge of exploding. Be careful.

I have to honestly say it's one of the best boutique hotels I've ever been in...the service, the cleanliness and the ambience fit together perfectly. The owner and his staff always strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. You can also rent a scooter directly on site at reasonable prices.Location 1aQuietly located but everything can be reached in a short time by scooter.

Nestled in a serene locale, this undisclosed hotel offers a true haven, close to all the action yet tucked away in peace. The cleanliness is spot-on, reflecting a real commitment to comfort. But what truly sets this place apart is its wonderful staff—the maids are attentive and friendly, while the owner's personal touch makes you feel like part of the family. Every dollar spent here feels like a genuine investment in a restorative experience.

The owner made the stay a living hell and treated his employees and guests like house slaves.

We lived in this hotel for 3.5 months and I want to leave a real review about our long stay. Everything was bad.1. There were dirty towels and bed linens in this hotel all the way - as soon as we checked in from the first day.2. One time we received a message that our towels were dirty and we received a fine and paid in full for new ones :) but the next time we received the same towels haha.3. It says “pets allowed,” but as soon as our dog barked, every time we received a message that she should stop. A dog barks and that’s okay, because it hears a noise or a bird flies or sees people. Because a dog is a dog. Just specify "no pets" and don't get on my nerves.4. During the first month, no cleaning service came to us for 3 weeks. The first time we refused because it was inconvenient for us to accept him, and then we stopped coming altogether. And when I notified the boss, he began to argue with me, to prove that they had knocked on our door. Although we are at home 24/7. And the client is always right, just invite the cleaning service and that’s it. But no, he gets into an argument.5. Almost every month our price was increased. First 14k baht, then 18k baht, and then 24 🫠. And they warned us a week in advance. We were not offered to draw up an agreement so that the price would be the same. In general, be prepared that the price will always change.6. Once we were warned a week in advance that we could no longer rent a room because another guest would arrive and we had to leave 🤷🏻‍♀️ (and it would be better if we left haha)P.s. - The pool was very often dirty. The TV in the room didn't work, the hotel owner was constantly shouting at someone. Electricity fees are very expensive - 3,000 baht almost every month, although we are frugal people. We have never seen the invoice - the price is simply written on a piece of paper. In general, I can summarize: I am a quiet person and I don’t like scandals, especially on vacation. Many times I was silent and treated the hotel staff with understanding, but all this nonsense for 3.5 months... if I had known, I would not have come at all. When you come to such a place, you just want to relax and have fun - not to argue, not to pay fines, not to receive notifications about the dog every time, not to receive dirty towels and so on. Draw your own conclusions, for a month it may be ok, but for a long stay NO. Not at all.
