The staff is very friendly and very attentive to requests that can be made, particularly regarding excursions.On the other hand, the hotel dogs that bark at night, and the pillows that are much too big, have ruined our nights...

Nice, quiet location. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony overlooking the river. Lots of mosquitoes. So mosquito spray is really important. A really big negative is the bedding. This one was really nasty. The duvet is full of circles. Very dirty. We think it is very important that this is clean!

Overall great value for money - Not the most expensive/luxury place however the rooms are a good size, well air conditioned, very clean and all have incredible views of the jungle and river. It’s in a hidden away location and is super quiet and peaceful. Some rooms have a large outside bathroom with bath and shower which is very relaxing to use.The staff are friendly and helpful. They have about 6 dogs all of which are incredibly friendly and are keen to join you on walks around the area or just anytime you step out of your room (which is great if you’re a dog person).Breakfast is literally an omelette or fried egg and some fruit. There is bread, tea and coffee also available but despite the little variety it still tastes good and the views from the breakfast area are great.There is not much nearby at all however there are 2 restaurants about a 5-10 min walk away that both serve food good with lots of variety on the menu. However other than those 2 it’s likely you would need a car or scooter to get to a local store.Would highly recommend staying for 1 night maybe 2 for a super relaxing and peaceful/wholesome couple of days in the jungle.

I really like it. The owner is friendly. The view is beautiful.Dogs, ducks, and frogs are friendly. You can catch them all. Don't be afraid.

Do not recommend this place, we booked and called them advising we would arrive at 2300, they said OK 6 hours earlier and when we arrived, everyone sleeping no matter how many honks or knocks. Worse, they did not want to refund, can you believe it? You get what you pay for, actually the $30 I dont mind throwing it away, it is the principal of how they acted. So thats why we book more expensive hotels. Also English is a problem.
