So it definitely doesn't look like the pictures! It is very dirty (stains and dust)! The gym is nothing like the one in the picture, but rather very dusty and almost falling apart. We only booked three nights but had to cancel! The walls in the room were stained, the previous soap was still in the shower, there were urine stains on the lid of the toilet and the bed had a big hole! There were small ants everywhere on the bed and towels and the WiFi didn't work at all. The service was also almost non-existent, as the receptionist had an uncaring attitude and was almost never there. It also smelled very bad everywhere.

FINGER WEG!! The Hotel ist sehr schmutzig and runtergekommen, with unfreundliches Personal. Die Bilder stimmen nicht!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY ON SLEEPING THERE. WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE NOT HAD. THAT HOTEL DUMP SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED.

Expensive. Upon arrival there was no one waiting to check in. Call all numbers listed. No one answered the phone and waited. Very impressed.

Big old hotel, big rooms, old but clean, free gym, dated but better than some I've seen. Good location close to Chaweng main street although the massage places and girly bars it's surrounded by are pretty intense grabbing you trying to pull you in as you try to get to 7/11. That being said there is an escape road straight to the lake avoiding all that.

If we’re being completely honest, we would not recommend this hotel.We were shocked when we arrived as we did expect much more.We are backpackers and specifically chose this hotel due to the fact it was cheap & had a gym.When we arrived, not only was there no record of our booking but we got given a room with no working shower.Reception is apparently open until 11pm but we went down at 6pm and had to call someone to come to the hotel.They came to our room, saw the issue and then changed our room.Unfortunately the gym doesn’t have many working facilities. There is a treadmill and an exercise bike, neither of which work and when I asked if they will be fixed in the future, they responded no and laughed.The cross trainer sounds like it will break and makes a very loud noise for every step.The benches are barely holding together and the cushioning of the seats has come off the solid surface. It is extremely dusty in there, I am unsure if it is ever cleaned.The room itself was fine but also felt very dirty and holes in the sheets suggesting there could be some bugs about. We have been bitten lots during our time in Thailand already so a couple more was expected but nothing major occurred! The room was however rather spacious and could have been a lot worse. The bathroom felt grubby and the lights barely turned on.We would just say that overall the hotel felt very dirty and not looked after.In terms of the location, it is ideal if you want a cheap stay just a 10/15 min walk outside of central Chaweng, probably the best thing about the place.But even that wouldn’t be enough to make us stay here again.

The AC not even cool , so hot inside the room, however, in the bathroom, I can’t even shower because so smelly , is seem like never clean the toilet, i’m about to vomiting because of the smell, so horrible 👎🏽 I just feel like I waste of money🤦🏼♀️here.

The entire hotel doesn't even exist. I booked that, but ended up in the hotel next door. From the balcony of my room I can see the empty dvaree next to it

I don't know, but this Hotel doesn't exist anymore. There is a shield on the Door that you can call 3 numbers to check in, but either the numbers doesn't exist. We had already booked a room there so it was very weird. But you can check-in in the other hotel directly next to the "fake Hotel". I mean, at the end we have a nice room and everything was ok, but i dont know why you can book a room who doesn't exist.
