Terrible experience, we arrived after we paid and they couldn't find our reservation, after they arranged a room for us we received a room that was in no way similar to what was promised to us on the website, the manager was not nice and did not help at all, the only thing they agreed to was to add another thousand baht in addition to what we paid. disgrace

We booked a Deluxe Room. The pictures as shown in the advertisement do not represent the room in any way. The room was in great direpair. There was a huge gap between the door and the wall. You could look directly on the street from the room and back. It lacked the jacuzzi as seen on picture and booking form. They did not refund or help in any way. We booked an other Hotel because I didnt want to die there.

David medway this is the name of the person responsible for the hotel or the house of the robberies, not only have they stolen 7,000 baht from us but the rude, inept, scoundrel, etc. character does nothing more than answer some emails in an aggressive and Casting doubt on the fact of the robbery suffered, I will spend days and hours of my time putting reviews and ratings on all the pages so that at least people know that in this hotel, apart from thieves, they are of the worst kind there is in this world. . I wish you the worst for your business.

Although there were many hours left at the reception, the shower water was salty, the room was very simple and the cleaning was fair, we never said anything. But when we left the hotel on the boat to Koh Tao we realized that they had stolen the money from inside the camera case. Just the day before we had asked for cleaning and when we arrived my suitcase was all mixed up, but I thought that maybe it was when moving it. We didn't take the camera out of the room all day. The next day we went and took a boat, because it was then that we realized that they stole 7000 baht (€200) from us!!! Thai people are very good and friendly but thieves are in every country.

Very nice hotel and spacious rooms.Ideal for a healthy rest.I even managed to get a boat to pick us up from the hotel in front of the sea to go wakeboarding... awesome

Okay where do I start, the location is great with a nice secluded beach that isn’t too busy and has crystal clear and calm waters throughout every tide, also has a Sunday market a few meters away. If however you are planning to visit Koh Phangan for the party scene eg. Full moon party etc… please note you are on the wrong side of the island and if drinking could be challenging.Now, the room is designed well however there is a serious issue with the water system in this property, the shower and tap water is salty, yet also not 100% ocean water, almost to say ocean water mixed with something. They have a indoor jacuzzi which could be really enticing however don’t be fooled, we filled the jacuzzi only to see a tub full of yellow water.Owner of the property did assist with getting us transport from the pier to the hotel which was 400thb ( way cheaper than the scammers on the pier who want to charge 1200thb for the same journey). The driver who also works in Mandalai was very polite.One thing to note is the lack of room service, we did not have our room cleaned for 3 nights and no one asked if we wanted our room cleaned, fresh towels and also bin replacement.I agreed with The sea view was very beautiful and felt relaxing but do not let it fool you when you look at the picture

We were here for 2 weeks. The rooms were nicely furnished and everything was easy to reach on foot. However, if you are there longer, you will quickly see everything. As is usual in Thailand, you shouldn't be afraid of insects. We put the trash can out, then the ants went. The staff is super nice and even “medicated” me after a scooter accident. The terrace is a bit old and some of the loungers are broken. We still really liked it.

I thought my stay was pretty good until I experienced bed bugs in my bed that I had to get cleaned twice, I even filmed them crawling on the white sheets. …

Horrible customer service from the Owner.I booked this place direct bc I Originally wanted to stay for a month. After corresponding with owner I decided to book it for a little over two weeks to start.Upon realization from the owner the room we booked was beach front was not available until 4 days later but the pool suite was available. We took it.We gave our arrival ferry info with Lompraya, to arrange a pick up.I am traveling with a 21 month old… anyway… upon arrival it was raining at thong sala and we couldn’t find the driver. It must have been around 10:45 -10:50 and we couldn’t find any van with the hotel logo.The taxi people were even helping us because they noticed our baby was in extreme agony and crying in the rain.No where to be found.We communicated this clearly with the owner what time we will arrive and which cargo ship… you would think the driver would wait for its arrival if he got there and saw no boat?We ended up catching a ride with a taxi truck and had to squeeze our things on top of the van and inside along with other passengers heading to Chaloklum. Pouring rain… our things got soaked and we finally arrived at the hotel.We checked in got to our room noticed a horrible smell coming from the bathroom but decided to nap my child since it was my baby’s nap time. I woke up from the nap feeling ill.. dizzy and I decided to take a bath.. the color of the water was brown. I was feeling extremely so dizzy and felt like throwing up and my husband decided we should go and ask if there was another room available? He came back because apparently they were fully booked and had no room. She then said sorry and offered to give us air fresheners and spray it. I don’t think that will cover up the smell.My only choice was to wait for my beach front room 4 days later. As soon as we left and had some juice in a nearby restaurant, my husband said the smell also made him ill. My baby was also by this time was extremely exhausted and fussy. So perhaps that smell was not healthy surely for us to inhale every day and night for the next 4 days.I emailed David about the smell and he said the manager was coming to see us… so when we returned she asked to come into our room to smell it or she can switch us to room 12. Switch us? After she told us there was no room available, we decided to book another place. I received an email from David telling me that the manager said I did not like the room? What the heck?? It smelled and I started throwing up on the street.. sweating.. do you really expect me to stay there with my kid?Instead of apologizing he emailed me with such a nasty tone and unapologetic. He even blamed me for the taxi not being there because there’s no boat? Wouldn’t your driver check naturally as a part of his job?I can’t believe this man, I even said I would come back on the 10th for my original booking and he said I should pay for today and never come back.I stayed there for 2 bloody hours… I didn’t have to give him anything but decided to leave 1000 baht.This man does not know customer service whatsoever and the people working for him seemed in fear of disappointing him, getting screamed at.You can tell because the lady with a child could clearly see how sick I got… she thought I was coming back on the 10th only for this man her boss to just throw me the abusive and demanding email. Really I do not recommend this place whatsoever.I was really looking forward to staying here but thank goodness the universe showed itself right at the start to save us from a horrific stay.I really frustrated that it really was such an inconvenience to my family and we had to figure out a place to stay in last minute. Instead of apologizing and making things right. He attacks me on email, criticizing me and just plain rude and demanding. He was not even there present.Save yourself the trouble and don’t stay here.I should have read more reviews as what people are saying is true. There’s a horrible smell in the pool suite 3 room we were in… water is brown and no privacy in rooms. Horrible owner!

Excellent location and very clean would definitely stop again
