Contacted to stay on behalf of the company... got a cheap price but the quality wasn't there so I didn't get to stay in the room. 616 The air conditioner doesn't cool at all. There is a fan but it doesn't help at all. The sound of the air conditioner is very loud. Turn it on to suck air into the room. I feel very bad for what I received. If anyone could stay again, if 616 Please change the room or change the hotel. Believe me, I have been lying there sweating all night.. It's over. In this lifetime, the service of this hotel is nowhere else. I will never greet you again, fellow salespeople.You can be far away...you can retreat...cheap and good doesn't really exist.

Located in the middle of a soi, it is a difficult place to walk, and the interior is simple.”There is a large hotel after entering the soi from the street and walking for about 10 minutes. The room has a painted finish and the air conditioner cools the room well, but it is an old type and is quite noisy. The employees are kind. Simple drinks and sweets are sold within the hotel. It's a 10 minute walk from 7-11 and there are dogs wandering around at night so it's dangerous. You can get a transfer from the bus terminal by Grab for 70 THB for a four-wheeler or 40 THB for a motorcycle. There are few songthaews and motorcycle taxis, so a ride-hailing service is preferable. I rented a bike in front of the station. 250THB per day. It is useful for visiting national parks and waterfalls in the suburbs, but it can be dangerous if you wander around recklessly in the heat.

Spotlessly clean. Good value, but don't expect a Hilton.The low rate for this place (<400B on Agoda) combined with the mostly good reviews made us a bit sceptical, but we decided to give it a try, mostly as the hotel not right in the enter of town and offers parking. The location turned out to be a great plus. It's a quiet neighbourhood, but still witing walking distance to most of the Town's sights.The hotel is old and looks rough around the edges, but it has one of cleanest rooms we've stayed in in the south of Thailand, everything was spotless despite of being old.On the downside, and upside at the same time: We had some issues with AC and fridge, neither got to cold. But the hotel technician rectified both of them immediately. In fact I was positively surprised by the skill of the technician, who didn't do the usual turn off/on the AC, turn the temperature to 16°, scratch head, and repeat… this technician immediately noticed a problem with the compressor, opened it up, found a broken component and signalled that he needs to replace it. 5 minutes later he came back with the spare part and fully repaired the AC. He really knows how to do his job… Kudos.The fridge was beyond repair and he replaced it without hesitationAnother downside of this hotel it the elevator, it only stops at half floors, meaning that you either have to walk up or down half a floor to get to your room. there are also several steps to the elevator door from the lobby. Not that good for those that travel with heavy luggage.Free hot and cold water is provided at the lobby, but no coffee or tea.And a funny anecdote: many hotels in Thailand have a keycard slot to automatically turn off the electricity when you leave the room. This hotel has a special variation: there's a switch inside the door frame, that activates when the door is locked. This also means that you can't look the door from the inside using the door knob, as the power will go off. Instead, lock the door with the sliding deadbolt above the knob.

Tuk tuk driver drop me off to this address which was the wrong place with very similar name. But the employee of this hotel drove me to the right place, further up hill, refusing any thank you tip!! She was so kind offering her help. A memorable experience.

Just 400 baht and just sleep.
