The room is good, but the security guard doesn't know why it is there. I'll park the car but just look. If all day you will only be playing on the phone and looking at the parked car, it's better not to hire one.

The room is beautiful and nice to live in.The location and parking are not suitable for coming to use the service at all. The alley is very narrow. The parking lot in front of the hotel can park only 5 cars. The rest is up to luck. It is recommended to use public transportation as it is more convenient.

It's a daily room style. no breakfast The accommodation is being renovated and is not yet finished. It is a bit messy. The accommodation has a Co-Working Space and Fitness. In the picture it looks beautiful, but when I came, the Co-Working Space was closed, while the Fitness was open but I didn't use the service. The room reserved is a Suite Room = 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom. For a family, it is considered an OK room. The accommodation room is an old building. Same building as monthly rental rooms. Use the fingerprint scanning system to open the door. The staff will bring you to add your fingerprints first. The room you get is on the 5th floor, but you have to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then walk down 1 step of stairs to find the 5th floor. It's a very strange layout. The elevator is a small elevator that can hold 8 people. How to get there: From Google Maps, enter through Soi Itsaraphap 24. If you want to go through the room, it's a very small alley. You can't pass through. You have to go back out and enter Soi Itsaraphap 20. If coming from the Baan Khaek intersection. Turn right into the alley and it will be very easy to turn in. But if you get lost and go into Soi Itsaraphap 24 and come back out. It's very difficult to turn left because the alley is narrow. Cutting corners, you have to reverse the car once. Think about it, haha.Surrounding area: There will be a water, snacks, 7-11, coin-operated laundry, restaurant, nail salon, coffee shop, salad shop, and most importantly, there is Amazon Guroti, a very close walk. Across the alley there is a 7-11, a short walk away.strength :- The Suite Room is beautiful, in a light wood tone style, white in color. Opening in is like a different world from the hallway, haha.- The room has quite a lot of equipment: shampoo, liquid soap, toothbrush (this one was quite surprising), toothpaste, TV, hair dryer, hot water kettle, microwave, medium sized refrigerator. There is a small balcony and a clothes drying rack.- There are 3 air conditioners, normal cool air conditioner, there is only one air conditioner remote control. Can be used with all 3- The bathroom is compact and good in size, with a glass separating the wet and dry zones halfway. But I took a shower. Water splashed all over the room anyway. The water strength is normal, but the hot and cold water fluctuate quite a bit, sometimes hot, then cold. The sink is outside the bathroom.- There is free Wifi and good signal.- Lovely staff Very helpful- Located near Yaowarat, Sanam Luang, Pak Khlong Talat. Traveling to that zone is very close. If compared to the location, the room price is considered very worthwhile.weakness :- Walkway from the elevator It won't be the same as in the picture seen on Line (not sure, maybe it's a different building in the picture). If it's for a woman who comes alone. The walkway may seem scary. A little dull. But if the renovation is finished Maybe it will look better.- There are a lot of small ants. and found 2-3 little cockroaches- Heard the sound of cars and exhaust pipes from the main road all night. I'm not sure if it's Songkran or not. So the cars ran all night, so it had to be 1-2 o'clock in the morning to make it feel a bit lighter.- The bedroom next to the corridor has a window that can only be opened. Not sure why it's there. This causes the light of the walkway on the fire escape to come in through this window. If someone likes to sleep in the dark I probably don't like it that much. It is recommended to add curtains. (The red frame has been circled for you to see.)Accommodation restrictions:- There is quite a bit of parking for 6-7 cars, but the hotel has locked the parking space for you. For people who come to stay After staying for 2 nights, when I came back there was always a place to park.- There is a maid to clean from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. if you want to clean. In the case of staying several nights Must notify in advance But on the day of check-in The bedroom next to the corridor is locked. and not cleaned It's still good to check in early. So I notified the housekeeper to come and do it right away.

It's a clean coworking space and the prices are very reasonable. The area is beautifully arranged, really suitable for studying/working. But when we came for the first time, the staff didn't give any advice and had to ask for it ourselves.

Go into the room and ask about the service staff below. They don't speak very well. There are 3-4 people in the room, it's like they're talking about something. It doesn't look like they should use the service at all. I don't know if I can come to work and have any training for employees.

Stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning of the room. They informed me that there was no housekeeper so customers had to do it themselves. I was confused when I slept the 2nd night without drinking water. Dear hotel owner, please help improve. Too bad it's a good hotel, beautiful room but the staff doesn't care about customers at all.

The place is good. But for people who live far away, bring a car, parking is very hard to find. At first, I planned to buy a long-term membership. I'm really fed up with parking.
