Great location, close to everything. I didn’t like the noise from the construction nervy…would have loved it if they warned me before booking but the villa was beautiful and the staff asleep super attentive and kind. It might be a bit too pricey for Lombok but I would love to go back again.

The Kumbara Villa was one of the most beautiful accommodations we had on our Indonesia tour. The location as well as the service were great. Unfortunately, there is a large construction site on the opposite side of the street, the noise of which can be heard into the villa all day long and about which we were not informed in advance. This will probably be around for a while. You should be aware of this when booking the villas.

Room 9/10, Bathroom 9/10, Breakfast 4/10, Value 9/10+ Very nice staff and helpful both with the room and with getting transport, scooter etc.+ Great value for money, large villa with large outdoor area and private pool.- All the fans in the room made noise, the ceiling fan sounded completely broken.- The villa could use some simple maintenance, as it looks a bit worn here and there- The breakfast was bad, we canceled the last few days, and instead went out to have a proper breakfast with proper coffee in Kuta.- A lot of construction work in the immediate vicinity, but fortunately only during the day.

We had an amazing stay at this place in Lombok! The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful, the best we've experienced. The location is perfect, right in the center without the noise of the main road. The cleanliness is superb, and the afternoon snacks were a delightful surprise. We felt very safe with the security guard on duty. The WhatsApp concierge service was top-notch, providing fast responses and valuable assistance. This was definitely our favorite stay in Lombok!

The place is nice and clean and have great location, there is also very cute dogs and cats around, we loved seeing them, please bring them food and give them some love if you stayed here,But some things could be better :- the bed was making noise when we move, making it hard to sleep good at night- we had problem with the shower

Beautiful clean villa, staff amazingly attentive, breakfast was awesome. Fridge cold and restocked daily of drinks. Great location with some of the best food iv eaten within a 5minute walk. ||Bad wifi / cuts out regularly, toilet area constantly smells of sewer, construction noises (we were warned) next door - August 2023*

Very nice, 4/5 service is only because they organized me a motorbike and told me that they checked it and it’s all good. When I checked the bike myself I realized that the rear break was not working..beside this everything excellent

Had an unforgettable time at Kumbara villa during our one month stay in Kuta. Gorgeous, spacious and peaceful villa with outstanding service and most friendly staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet private accommodation close to the city centre.

Great villas, worth every penny. As of April 2023 there is construction nearby. If you stay at Villa G the noise can be a bit disturbing. Just ask for another villa. So did we and it was no problem to change

We stayed here for 4 days, the staff are amazing, super helpful and friendly, bringing us food surprises every day which was nice. The villa we stayed in was very nice and spacious and well built. The room had a security box which was good. The only issue we had was the WiFi was very slow BUT we found this to be the case across the city including on celluar 4G. The villa had a security guard, very safe and peaceful location. Will stay again for sure!

This review is a bit harder as we really enjoyed our stay at Kumbara Villas and the management were friendly and nice to us. The only and two biggest downsides were the smell we had from the bathroom, like sewage and since there is no proper door the smell was in the bedroom too. We were offered to swap villa but didn’t want to go through the hassle of pack and unpack again. The other one was that there was construction going on next door and we left Bali to get some peace and calmness. We were offered compensation but not at all close to what we expected. I have to say, I’m the end we ended up extending our stay another night. There is this cutest and kindest stray dog there called pickles, please cuddle her up and take care of them. They really appreciate food and love. I which I could adopt them, I’m in love with them.

Treat yourself with luxury and absolute privacy in on of the nice villa’s. Lots of space, pristine clean, comfortable and with your own pool. The staff is more then friendly and accommodating and treats you everyday with little treats like fresh fruit, a coconut drink or pudding. Several options for the included breakfast that are well prepared and tasty. Near the centre of Kuta, without the noise of it. I loved it here.

One of my favourite places to stay in all of Kuta Lombok. Excellent management and service. The villa, pool and kitchen are perfect for a stay that's a bit longer than a few days. Thank you guys, see you soon!
