My friends and I made a reservation on 5-6 October 2024, we checked in at 23:20 WITA, the male receptionist was very rude and didn't smile, maybe the influence of the cold, hahaha even though he was handsome on guard that night, he wasn't friendly. Please pay attention again so that both are comfortable.the resort is good, the food is delicious, but the room is not soundproof, if there are guests screaming in the next room or going back and forth in front of the room, it can be heard and is very disturbing.overall, okay.Thank you for serving us.

Excellent resort just on the south of Tondano area. The hotel is an excellent place to stay if you visit the area.The rooms are spacious, well furnished, well-lit, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel has excellent rooms. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The resort itself is also very clean, well maintained, and generally looks very good. The bed is comfortable, the lighting of the room is perfect. You can also work on the room easily as the table provided is perfect. The bathroom is perfect, the water pressure is very good.There are some problems with the WiFi as the signals might be problematic at times. Once during my staff they forgot to clean my room despite hanging the sign - though I departed late from my room and come back late at night.The price of the hotel is quite fair, considering the location of the hotel and the quality of the hotel.

We had great time. I like the Lobby area. The pool with natural hot spring was fantastic. I hope when will visit next time, Hakone will be complete the renovation so we can use the facility. The only negative thing was the Phone in the room when we would try to contact the front desk never work so you always have to walk to the front desk from the room. We also unable to request a specific room while we were check in.
