The staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. The rooms and grounds were clean and the pool area was nicely laid out. There is a large selection at the breakfast buffet and you can rent scooters cheaply directly at the reception. Unfortunately you can see that the hotel is a bit old. Improvements are currently being made everywhere. Maybe everything will be ready in the high season. We lacked attention to detail and a few items in the rooms also needed to be replaced. There is currently a large construction site next door which has never affected us. What we also noticed was that there were very few loungers by the pool, which of course were all taken up in the morning.

We booked here for 4 nights hoping to finish our travels with a relaxing time by the pool & beach but we had to check out and move hotels after not even 24 hours because of the construction noise from next door, they were drilling, welding & cutting metal right next to the pool which was so loud & uncomfortable to be sitting there in a bikini as they can see right through as there is no fence. You could also smell the welding & cutting which was unpleasant.Such a shame as it’s a very beautiful hotel, we wish we were pre warned about this but was not. The hotel was very understanding and cancelled our stay with no extra charges, we just had to pay for the 1 night.I would make sure the construction works are not ongoing but most of the island has construction works in the low season.

Nice hotel and fair value for money, rooms quite humid but it's the season, convenient because you have a swimming pool facing the sea, but little entertainment compared to the Dewa next door which on August 15th had all the tables full and they put on a fire show for this evening. For the rest I have to say that I had a good time

Once we got there we received a room upgrade for free.The rooms are quiet and the layout is very practical. The hotel looks small from the front, but it is quite large towards the back. The swimming pool is nice and spacious and the beach is nice with a bar where you can order anything and everything. We had ordered food that we would pick up ourselves, but the food was ready before the agreed time and also delivered to the room. Very satisfied!

But overall, comparing the price is still considered average.There are many breakfast options to choose from. But the service is still not very professional. The day I went to have breakfast while sitting and eating. There was a mechanic sitting there cutting steel and there was smoke. Smelled a burning smell during the meal.For a bedroom with a normal mattress But mother's room was a musty smelling blanket and bed sheet. To the point of my mother guaranteeing that I do housework. The sheets were not changed. But it's a reverse side of the crab. I'd like to help check. Overall, I think it's not worth what I received.

Stayed for 3 nights. There was a musty smell in the room when I first entered it. It needs some time to ventilate it and it will go away. There was water leakage beside the bed. I called the waiter and cleaned it up in time. The room has supporting facilities and the water pressure in the shower is very good. The breakfast is okay and the hotel is located near the beach. At the end, the beach is very good, but the service needs to be improved compared to other hotels. It is recommended to add more protection at the corner of the bed. I was injured twice.

Koh Chang, turn right, turn inside, clean accommodation, spacious room, but the room If it is not sound proof, there will always be noise from outside that will disturb anyone passing by and will hear the sound of their footsteps. Good service staff. We booked a package of 3 days and 2 nights with 4 island snorkeling including dinner. The food is delicious and worth it. Can recommend it. There is a pool at the sea, a beach to sit on, and fire batons to watch at night, which is considered good.

The service is perfect! The room is not that new but still a great place. You can walk down to the beach and they also have a bar there. You can enjoy the sunset from the pool as well.

To stay, you have to drive into the alley, but it's not too deep. You can turn into the alley next to 7-Eleven. Keep driving. The hotel will be on your left. It is a seaside accommodation on Koh Chang. Located on Klong Prao Beach, Tropical style accommodation.Shady, peaceful, suitable for relaxation.There is a swimming pool with a sea view. You can watch the sunset with a good view. The room is a single room with a double bed. The bathroom is quite spacious. There is a hair dryer, a robe, 2 towels per person, a green one to take out to the pool to dry off at 7 p.m.There is a fire show for free viewing at the hotel's beach area. But the parking lot is a little small. The water in the bathroom is quite light. Makes it take a long time to take a shower

Excellent service All the employees are lovely. Provide assistance and service with a smile and willingness. The sea and beach in front of the accommodation are beautiful. The room is good, the bed is good, sleep very comfortably. But the shower water on the third floor flows very gently. And the accommodation next to it has construction making a little noise. Breakfast buffet ok But the dishes should not be left unattended at the table. Because birds in that area will come down and eat your food 😂 Overall, it's okay. There is a chance to stay here again.

We are group of 8, book three room on third floor.Only one thing makes us disappointed is the shower! The water pressure is very very very weak. Too weak to have no idea how to take a comfortable shower. We reported to the front desk, they told us would check and fix it.But nothing happened when we got back to the rooms. Maybe is the environmental protection or resources limitation we don know.Just inform other tourists who are going to visit here, if you concern the shower problem, you should consider it.
