As of 2024 before CoronaThe good breakfast was gone and the towels were smelly.Only the price goes up.. The price of admission is all different..It seems like they had a lot of trouble managing their business during the coronavirus pandemic.I made a reservation for 3.8 because there was breakfast (I mistakenly thought breakfast was available for 60,000k).The paid restaurant (a coffee shop rather than a restaurant) opens at 8 o'clock.It opened too late and is not suitable for travelers.There is no breakfast and Agoda promo of 2.6 or less is perfect..-------Stayed a total of 5 nights.It's an inn, but it's like a motel with spacious and clean rooms.The floor in the room looks old, butIt is well cleaned,All three rooms we used had balconies.There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and close by.Hotel location is good.Good water pressure and air conditioning.There is no elevator in any hotel at this price.The stairs are a bit steep.There is also an outdoor tea table where smoking is allowed at the hotel entrance.There is no safe in the room.Even at night, it is quiet and comfortable as it is located in an alley from the main street.However, at 12 midnight, there are motorcycles outside.Bring it into the lobby and store it.The hotel door was locked and the male employeeright in front of the doorI set up a mini tent and sleep.If you arrive after 12 o'clock, you must ring the bell.They wake up at 06:00 AM and open the door.Night owls may be uncomfortableAfter 10pm in VientianeThe streets become quiet tooThere is nothing special to do other than drinking and entertainment.

Beautiful hotel. Staffs are so wonderful and kind. Hotel can sleep up to 4 people if you are looking to save some money and don’t care sharing beds. They keep the place very clean and every time you go in and out they always greet you. I would definitely come and stay here again next time i am in Laos.

The location is perfect, convenient to go anywhere!The room is simple and has a nice open feel!However, the room I stayed in on the 3rd floor only had a cold shower, which was fine during the day, but a little at night.Still, I think I'll stay there again! !

The receptionist is very good, speaks many languages. 4-story hotel, no elevator. If you get a room on the 4th floor, it will be a bit tiring. The air conditioner is old, but it's cool enough to be cold. Overall, the quality is worth the price.

I saw a post on a blog saying it was the best value for money.I came because I was in a hurry.It was just a cheap place.I won't mention the stained condition of the blanket.Looks like it's been in use for ten yearsTowels that are old and frayedEven the condition of the shower head...

The location is very central and right next to the night market. I initially found the hotel quite nice.The rooms are spacious and bright, also relatively clean. However, everything is getting old. The air conditioner and refrigerator are too loud. The shower curtain was disgusting and partially torn down. The TV has a bad picture, so forget it. There is no elevator and not even a hairdryer to borrow. The staff is friendly but somehow helpless. For the same money you can get better things in the area.

Normal priced hotel, about 750 baht per room during Songkran.Requested to stay on the 2nd floor because I didn't want to walk up the long stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator.Room 205, single bed room Go into a dark room. It doesn't look good. There is a hanger. There were a couple of them hanging on the curtain rods. They were startling, like they hadn't been cleaned or something. I don't know. black bed sheets And there are stains in spots. There is a spot that looks like it was hit by a cigarette. It's always good to change the bedsheets to a new set.Asked to change. The front desk informed me that there was no housekeeper. I don't know where the sheets are. So I asked to be moved to room 206. It's a double bed room, close to the bed. This room is much better. The floor is ok. The bathroom is very big. What I like is that the water pressure is very good. I have a satisfying shower. The air conditioner is cool. But I don't like that the room is too dark.Location: small alley, but can be picked up by car. Suitable for small people. If you don't want to carry it up

I walked in mistaking it for a hotel I booked a short ways away. The listed walk up prices for a room is less than those posted on Google Maps. $15 for a single. Looks like a nice place.

We booked a room for 3 people and a room for 2 people. The rooms were very spacious, clean, but!!! The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs. It's good that the room is only on the 2nd floor. I will say that this hotel is very close to shopping areas. Whether it's food, clothes, utensils, there's plenty of it. When you're done packing, go out and explore.

Sunbeam Hotel, where I stayed for two nights after my trip to Luang Purabang, is located in a tourist area and was a good value for money accommodation.I booked at a special price through Agoda and there is no elevator, so it may be a bit difficult for those using heavy luggage.

The bed was comfortable and well maintained and the staff were friendly.Coffee and food on the first floor of the hotel are good! Delicious! It was comfortable and bug-free, so I slept very well during the trip!

As a woman traveling alone, the location was great for staying as it was close to the main street, the facilities were clean and I didn't see any bugs. You were very kind, but I stayed on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, and the stairs were a bit high, so it would be good to consider if you have trouble with your legs :)
