1. **Location**: The road connectivity is very poor, requiring travel over rough, stony paths.2. Travel at night is not recommended.3. The room is clean, and the view outside is wonderful.4. Aside from the room and the view, everything else is disappointing. The room service is problematic, and there is no hot water in the room. When we contacted the staff for hot water, they were rude and shouted at us. It was a very bad experience in terms of both the stay and the staff.5. There are many other nearby options that, while they may not offer such a great view, are better in terms of road connectivity and amenities.

Peaceful and quiet place to spend before Batur hiking. It has amazing view in Batur, and we had the best ever breakfast here during our trips. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Thank you for the room. Highly recommended for those who want peace. It's really relaxing there in the morning when you wake up to see the beautiful sunrise. If you stay here, don't wake up late.While drinking Kintamani coffee at 6 in the morning it's really delicious

The view of volcano is really good. And the Lady there is really helpful. She helped us to book the jeep tour and the sunrise trekking in very short time. And her cooking is also good. Only a little bothering thing is the hot water is not very sufficient for the bathtub.

Does the hospitality beat the views?I this case, it absolutely does (and the view is absolutely stunning)Despise me messing up my booking date, the family of this stay were very kind and welcoming in any regards.Rooms are very clean, bed was super comfortable, all this coming with a view you won't forget when you have their delicious breakfast.The rooster next door may wake you up, but its a reminder to look at the sunrise :)10/10!

The place is spectacular. The lady who takes care of the rooms and cooks for you is a sweetheart. Very spacious rooms. The place is very quiet (except for a rooster that you will still hear while wearing earplugs). But then with the views of the volcano and the kindness of the staff you forget about the rooster and the problems you are carrying.

The establishment has a terrace with a breathtaking view.The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.The only downside was that we were cold at night and we didn't have a blanket available.The access path will require experience in trials or motocross if you are on two wheels but that is what makes the memories.

Have an enough room space for two people, with clean and maintained facilities inside.Service was excellent, gentle gek and bli (balinese girl and boy) who always ready to help.Location a bit remote and hard to reach, especially with a car. The road is narrow and a bit rocky

What a place! It’s probably the best view we ever woke up to!The place is really good to re-charge, but it’s also possible to take trekking to mount batur. Or take a dip in the hot spring!The host is super friendly and really pro-active. She served us a perfect breakfast in the morning and can provide you all you wish for :)Thanks for the GREAT experience!

villa with the best black lava view, friendly owner and delicious food 👍. As for the wet toilet type, it may not be suitable for everyone. Access to the villa requires going down a fairly long flight of stairs, not recommended for those who take parents who are not strong enough to go up and down the stairs
