Great hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is very clean. The lights in the bathroom are too dim. The swimming pool is quite beautiful and I was given an hour's delay in checkout. I will consider this hotel next time I come 🏨

The room was large and spacious, clean and tidy. Also the bathroom. The water supply in the refrigerator was also replenished daily. The pool was also well received. Laundry service is available. Structurally, the hotel is very unique. Overall, I liked it here.The service is very reserved. But if something is needed, they are helpful and also give good tips.The location on the northwest of the old town is not ideal. For pretty much every activity you have to rely on a wheeled vehicle. We did this via Grab. At most you can reach one or two really good breakfast restaurants on foot.We didn't eat on site. However, I suspect it's not worth having breakfast or dinner here, there are simply too many good options in Chiang Mai.The classification on platforms such as Booking or Agoda as a 5 star hotel is definitely not correct, the hotel is a galaxy away from that. I see it more as a 3 star accommodation.

We got upgraded to a better room than we booked and it was lovely and spacious with a bath. Pool is nice but could do with seats around it under cover for the rainy season. Location is good but on the outskirts of the old town so in rainy season be prepared to order taxis which are easy and cheap to get

We have stayed here for the second year in a row and are very pleased with the rooms, service, location and beauty of the surroundings.The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, bath and excellent shower. Although it’s near the road, it’s not noisy, although I usually don’t sleep well in the morning.The reception staff are friendly and try to make check-in and check-out as quickly as possible.The territory is magnificent, I would even say unique for Chiang May.There is a cafe, people come here to have lunch and admire the architecture.There is a pool, but we didn't swim.There is a small parking lot for cars, we always had enough space.On this visit, a cake was waiting for us in honor of our loyal relationship and desire to return here again and again, it was very pleasant.Of course, on our next visit we will choose this hotel again for one or two nights.I recommend !

Nice rooms, quiet pool helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast or food options very limited. What was available was overpriced. The quality of the food was average. Snacks or drinks not served before 8 or after 5 which was disappointing I was expecting more for the price compared to other local hotels.

I told them my wife was vegetarian and they went to great lengths to provide her with a special breakfast each morning. Super friendly staff and a stunningly beautiful hotel.

This hotel is fine but noisy!Our room (rooms nearest the road/north side of square) was next to the hotels giant extractor fan which was going all day and all night. This was very noisy and not a normal level of sound you’d expect from aircon units, it was much louder. The road noise did not bother us much, I don’t think we could hear it over the noise of the giant extractor fan. I did ask if there was another room but was told ‘you paid for this room’ so we decided to stay put and use ear plugs.The location is next to a few beautiful temples but not the best location for good food and other things to see if you’re just interested in the old town area. We did find the walk into the Center of old town did not take long though.The hotel desk is not serviced early in the morning which was fine for us but if you’ve arrived early you may have to wait until they are open.The pool area was nice especially on a hot day.Overall we were disappointed with the level of noise but otherwise an okay place to stay.

The hotel room was large and spacious with plenty of space for personal belongings. The bed was comfortable and clean. Great service from the hotel. We were on the ground floor and near the main road so there was some noise during the night. Nice pool with tropical plants surrounding the perimeter for a great holiday vibe.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. I stayed here during Songkran and the staff were lovely, I joined them in throwing water for a bit! The room was large, air conditioner and had a deep bathtub - I had a lovely bath, much needed after weeks of traveling. I only wish I had more time to stay here and relax by the pool. I hope to come back and stay here again!

The 5 Star listing is a bit misleading as this place was more along the lines of a 3 Star Hotel experience. The outside aesthetic and architecture is beautiful, however the only amenity onsite was a pool.The rooms have everything you would need, but the a/c doesn’t get very cool. We were hot most of the time and the beds were very firm.There isn’t much of a sidewalk when exiting the hotel so you have to walk around a lot of construction. I’d recommend the app Grab so a driver can pick you up. It’s much safer than navigating the broken sidewalks.It is walking distance to a lot of temples and markets and the location is great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, but again it’s a 3 star experience not a 5!

It's as spooky as a haunted house, and it looks like I live in 203 when a ghost presses me on the bed... Fortunately, Lin Bei is not afraid of ghosts. If he presses me, he will be choked by me! !

Super unique spot, quiet and clean, friendly staff. It’s on the edge of the old town so it’s a 10 minute walk or so to get to any of the stores etc but it’s also easier to get to the airport. Pool was freezing and the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays for some reason. Other than that it was perfect for a short stay in CM.

This hotel was incredible and so so very gorgeous! The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating! I’d easily recommend anyone stay here!
