I used it for a girls' night out plan.The largest room was very comfortable and was kept very clean, so I had a very pleasant stay.In the past, I have had girls' parties several times at Balian resorts in other prefectures, but this one had the best service and rooms.I hope everyone will use it again!

I often use the hotel, but today I was told that the pretty type rooms were fully booked and that I could only stay in the two more expensive types, so I had no choice but to go home.

A long time ago, I went to Ozenji after fishing and thought it was a spa, but when I found out it was a love hotel, I ordered it.I wanted to go there at least once, so I made an online reservation and stayed there for my girlfriend's birthday.Even though I made reservations for balloons, honey toys, etc. online for my birthday.There were some parts that were not reflected.It's my first time here, but I don't understand unless someone explains the amenities, but there is no explanation.alsoIf the person at the reception changes, the content explained may be different.I don't know if either of the receptionists is wrong, but I would like you to share it.If not for that, it would be 5 stars.

[Warning] Excessive charges. Besides that, the basic service was terrible. It is better not to pay a high price and go all the way.Are you properly training your employees? Especially the young man with glasses who overcharged me, what he's doing is fraud and I want him to quit. Details below.First of all, the female clerk who was in charge of check-in was so inefficient that I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes trying to find reservation information.(However, I don't care about this anymore. Checkout was worse than that.)When I checked out at 12:00, I was told that I was charged an extra 5,600 yen for waiting for the elevator for just 1-2 minutes.I thought this was strange, so I checked and was told that the check-out time had been extended by 2 hours, so I said, "Wait, wait! Even though the plan is to check out at 12:00, it's still a 2-hour extension from 10:00, right?" That's one point.After showing the reservation screen, the clerk (lazy) checked the check-out and found out that the check-out time was 12:00, so there was no additional charge. That's what I said. However, there was no apology whatsoever for overcharging.Thanks to the garbage-like treatment from start to finish, my impression of this hotel is definitely the worst.thank you very much.

The room was beautiful~✨I'm really sorry for making a mess. It was fun. Room service and open-air bath were both great. It may have been a room that you couldn't fully enjoy in just one night. We went with 6 people and it was comfortable enough to live in. Breakfast was also delicious. thank you very much. 🙇🏻

The room was clean, the amenities were luxurious and comfortable, and there were plenty of entertainment facilities such as darts and shooting, so I had a lot of fun.The breakfast buffet was satisfying and we were able to hold a very nice girls' night out.
