Terrible service and a scam, don't book here or you risk not getting a room and not having a place to sleep. We booked with booking.com and expected the hotel to issue us a room number and code given it was self check in with no staff available on premises. They never sent the code, and when arriving at the property there was a contact number but when we attempted to call it over 10 times they never responded. We emailed, called numerous times and never got a room code and they took our money. When we decided to book elsewhere and charge back the booking only then did they pretend they sent the room code, however there was no email trail and they attempted to put a fake screenshot to contest the charge back.Don't book here if you want to enjoy your holiday.

At first glance you might expect a ryokan.Zero personnel is quite disturbing. The room is not big, the futons are ok. Rather well placed close to a metro entrance.

odor. Musty smell.Air conditioner doesn't work. The bathroom is dirty.Overall dirty.I will never stay here again. It says it's an inn, but it's actually a shared house.Really dirty. It was so dirty that I booked a different hotel in the middle of the night.

I have no way to comment. The air conditioner is not very effective. You will be surprised when you open the cover! This is my first time cleaning the air conditioner filter in a guest room while traveling. The only saving grace was that there were decent restaurants nearby.

I stayed for 2 consecutive nights.I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the past, but this was the worst hotel ever.First, this hotel has unattended check-in, and you will need to communicate with the staff by phone or email. Also, during the two days, all the guests we passed were foreigners except us. (I passed by about 10 people)The reason for the lowest rating is that the rooms are not cleaned at all, which is hard to imagine from the photos of the rooms posted on the hotel website, and there is a lot of dust on the bed frames and floors. Also, for some reason, there were a lot of garbage bags (about 20 bags?) behind the hotel entrance.Furthermore, the bathroom and toilet were shared, so it didn't really feel like an inn, but more like a training camp from a long time ago.The bathroom was also full of mold, unlike the photos posted on the website. Furthermore, on the first day, the drain was clogged and there was hair from the previous user floating in the bathtub, so I didn't feel like using the bathtub. The drain on the shower side was also clogged, and when I took a shower, the water slowly flowed back into the drain, which was very unpleasant. As expected, I didn't want to take a bath in the same condition on the second day, so I contacted the staff and asked them to clean it.Also, I can't say that this is completely the hotel's fault, but when I tried to take a bath on the second day, I found that it was in use (it was locked), and I checked several times after that, and after 2 hours, I thought it was odd as it was in use, so I called out to them several times, but there was no response. As verification, the toilet had the same type of lock.I tried locking the key with the door open and then closing the door. Then, the key remained locked, so I think that's probably what happened. If I had contacted the staff, they might have unlocked the door, but I was so disgusted that I didn't want to talk to them, so I ended up going to a nearby public bath instead of taking a bath on the second day.We recommend that those using this hotel fully understand the above information before using the hotel.I will never use this hotel again.I further looked into the operating company and found that it is run by a company called Fast International Co., Ltd., which seems to be the same company that operates Marion Crepe. While there are many companies that operate seriously and with integrity, I wonder what kind of thoughts this company has in operating this hotel, and does it not think that it will damage its brand image?I didn't care about Marion Crepe until now, but after this incident, I no longer want to use Marion Crepe. This time, in a sense, it became a topic of discussion, so I wanted to talk about it to various people, with the aim of raising awareness so that no one I know feels the same way.

I think it looks really good for a ryokan. However, once inside, there is a shutter that looks like it hasn't been opened for a while. Although the door to the room was closed properly, the room was full of dust and the small refrigerator had a crack in the top. I thought I would like to take better care of it. The women's shower room is very difficult to find, and I asked some foreigners I just met about it. The only good thing was the bed. Also, it looks completely different from the Google Maps photo. I won't come again.
