I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are quite spacious and well-appointed, featuring an air purifier for added comfort. They provide all the daily essentials, including body wash, cleansing oil, and facial cream. The staff is exceptional—always helpful and welcoming, with warm smiles that make you feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and close to the city center. Charming streets and supermarkets are also within a short 3-5 minute walk.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it truly is a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel, compact rooms but clean and modern. Breakfast has plenty of options, which are cooked fresh. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bakery is excellent and has a number of different products. …

An Exceptional Stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel JingugaienMy son and I stayed from October 1st to 5th, and it was fantastic. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their English proficiency made communication easy. Without a Japanese adapter, our room had an iPhone charger, and reception provided a universal adapter.Breakfast was delightful, offering a modest yet excellent selection for Western guests. The hotel and area were peaceful but central. Opposite the Olympic Stadium, our 10th-floor room had a balcony with stunning views. The subway station was just 50 meters away (with some steps), making it easy to explore Tokyo. Only 10 minutes by train from Shinjuku and 15 from Shibuya—perfect for sightseeing. We couldn't have chosen a better location. Our room was exceptional. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature perfect. The separate shower and bathtub were a dream after long days. Coming from Norway, we found the toilet pure luxury, with flushing options, massage functions, and a heated seat. The only downside was I couldn't use their public bath due to tattoos, but that's a cultural thing, not the hotel's fault.Overall, a 10 out of 10. If we return to Tokyo, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I used it when watching a soccer game at the National Stadium.Although it was before check-in, I was able to get into the room fairly early since they said they could show me around, which was very helpful since my elderly parents were with me.I had a very comfortable stay in the room, public bath, and breakfast.Best of all, being able to relax in your room right after the game is the best. (It would have been better if we had won the match...)

This hotel is wonderful and the location is perfect for a quit but close proximity to everything. I will say the beds a very firm but that didn’t bother us. Side note, do not eat at the onsite restaurant. It is absolutely horrible. We ate dinner there the first night as we got in late and breakfast the next morning. Both were terrible. Other than that we loved the hotel.
