Great location and view of Fuji. Room is clean and big, traditional Japanese type. Very reasonable cost in Sakura season.

Except that there is no lift, i have no complain about this hotel with its price. Room is clean, has heater and warm water. Location is also good although the room does not have good view. But its in quiet area and within walking distance to the Yamanakako lake.

Five people stayed here in February.The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.However, there was only one heater and one stove, and there were no heating devices in the bedrooms, so it got very cold at night.Also, I had a hard time taking a shower because the water heater was not working properly, and hot water would sometimes come out and not come out. Please note that the fact that hot springs cannot be used during the winter may not be reflected on travel sites.Also, there was no heating in the hallways of the building, so it was very cold.It was good that the price was low, but I felt a little cold during the night.

After checking in, we found out that this was a hotel without a hot spring and an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped us carry our luggage to the third floor.

When I got home, there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign asking me to leave my keys, so I was worried!

It appears that the old inn was purchased by Chinese capital and renovated. Personally, I didn't have a problem with that, but it was written that there was a large public bath, but it was a no-no.

Although the public bath has not been open since October, it is not listed on booking.com.Furthermore, the photo shows a large public bath. I chose it because it looked good, but when I got it, it wasn't there. .(And there's no explanation on the website that it hasn't been available since October.) There's only one microwave oven, so the person in front of me kept using it for about 10 minutes.Also, the wifi is extremely weak. It makes no sense.If you want to eliminate the bathroom, why not at least install one in each room, on each floor, or for commercial use? If this continues, I will never stay here again.

Even though I applied for accommodation on a certain travel site and paid for the accommodation in advance with a credit card, I was charged an additional fee on site. The front desk of the hotel insisted that they would not let us stay unless we paid an additional fee, and since we had no other place to stay, we were forced to pay. This inn probably doesn't think of its guests as guests. As expected of a Chinese hotel. It's The China in many ways.
