It's terrible here.I should have looked at the reviewsstaffreservation manI can't communicate and it's the worstThe door leading to the garden won't closeWhen I told the staffI closed it so hard that something fell from above.Yes, they say it's closed. It didn't close, and I just covered up the door that wouldn't close with a curtain. If you open it, insects will come in.I couldn't stay the nightCheck out nowOld folk house...As long as it's taken care of, that's fine.It doesn't look like that from my perspectiveThis 100 year old private house has been very well received by our customers.said the old man on the phone. The window won't closeIt's okay if it's 100 years old.I can't sleep with thatThere was a small black insect in the bed.The door doesn't close because it's an old house.I complained but kept repeating itwent elsewherethe next day,Contact ExpediaThe owner won't refund me because there was nothing wrong with it.I will give you a couponExpedia is also the worst.Good for people who don't mind insects

The reviews are low due to reviews from people who don't understand the system, but if you read the details of the guest house and the emails sent to you, you can check in smoothly. The building is old and there are gaps in the windows, so you can hear the voices around you, and if you leave the curtains open, insects may come in. I think it's clean because it's not gushing. If you are a nervous person, you should not stay here, but other hotels are expensive due to the location, so I thought this price was reasonable for taking a hot spring bath.It will be more comfortable if you go with the image of staying at Grandma's house instead of a hotel!

The room is dirty. Insects everywhere. There is an additional charge just for staying the night. I can't understand Japanese. Definitely not recommended.

I made a reservation without checking the reviews, but the room I stayed in was better than what was written here. Also, the hot spring in the private open-air bath was amazing! It is within walking distance to Atami Sun Beach, so the location is good and the cost performance is good. However, we do not recommend it for those who prioritize cleanliness or those who are afraid of insects. If I had the opportunity to stay again in terms of cost performance, I would like to stay at a private hot spring.

First of all, it's not worth the price. The first thing I would like to say is that we have adopted a system that we have criticized, such as penalties. There were a lot of things that happened, such as not taking the trash home or checking out after check-out. I understand when it's past check-out, but it's only 5,000 yen just a little after check-out, which is impossible. I've never heard of an inn where you can't throw away trash.I was traveling by bicycle, but I was tired just going to high places. The rooms are small and have no amenities. There are rentals available, but they are expensive. What's more, you can hear the voices of other customers. The bath is advertised as a private bath, but there is only one bath and you can use it on a first-come, first-served basis. Furthermore, although hot springs are dispensed from the faucet, they take a long time to heat up.And the attitude of the employees is disgusting. They kept getting my name wrong, they were hiring foreigners and they were using Japanese incorrectly, and I had to wait a long time. During self-check-in, three groups were on the phone at the same time and we couldn't talk. Also, I keep getting bitten by ticks on my futon and it's extremely itchy. Prison is usually better.

The receptionist does not speak Japanese, and there is no noise at the hotel. Large SUVs and sedans cannot even enter the parking lot.
