I had booked the day before and had to stay overnight, but I was grateful that they accommodated me with other options.I stayed at Wagurigaku-no-ma.The room was spacious and the dogs were having fun exploring the room. The floor plan was a little strange, but it was easier to use than I expected. The tatami mats were old, but they weren't torn, so they were comfortable to use, but they still smelled like dogs. The food is delicious and surprisingly plentiful.I usually bring snacks when staying overnight with meals, but I didn't need them.Didn't need the optional steak? I thought so, but it was so delicious that I was worried. The large bath also had a strange layout. Our dog, who loves people, was overjoyed because the staff were kind to the dog and actively communicated with him. There was a lot of morning dew outside at the dog run, so the white dog's feet were in trouble (lol)The indoor dog run is said to be 80 tatami mats, and the dogs were so happy they were playing with yoga balls that they fell over.

Located in a slightly secluded area, you can hear the soothing sound of the river and the chirping of insects. It's only been 1 year, but I've been coming here for a long time.①Mr. Nakai's hospitality is wonderful.②Kaiseki food is extremely delicious. The tableware is also nice③The optional meal for my dog that I order every time is kaiseki-style, and my dog is very satisfied with it.The Japanese garden is also well-maintained and has an amazing large pine tree. One of the few inns where both dogs and people are stress-free.

I had some business to do in Izu and my dog stayed there for two nights.I stayed in the main building on the first day and in a separate building on the second day. It's quite spacious and expensive for one person, but since it's just me and my dog, I didn't have to leave my dog alone for bath time, so I was worried about leaving my dog alone in the room and going to the public bath. It was really helpful to have an open-air hot spring bath. If there is only one person staying, please think about it. Also, I had a tip for Mr. Nakai, but it was really a blessing to have meals delivered to my room, but my dog and I had to come and go over and over again, and there were other things like futons and other stuff going in and out of the room. It felt like it was too much. Also, my dog loves people, so I was happy and happy for Mr. Nakai, but as an owner, I can understand that he is treating my dog in a negative way. My dog and I are used to traveling, but to be honest, we weren't comfortable here. If I'm going to get that price, I think I need to do a little more work...At night, the frogs in the separate room were so noisy that I couldn't sleep until around 11:00pm. The futon was moved to another room, but it was really noisy. Something unexpected happened like that, and I wondered if it would have been different if I had explained it first. I don't want to repeat it.Come to think of it, my dog's name was also posted on the front door by mistake lol.The response to this is too light.

This is my second visit.Although it was raining heavily, I was surprised that the waitress was waiting for me outside with an umbrella. When I arrived, other Nakai staff held umbrellas and carried my luggage. Even though it was raining, I was happy. The person in charge, Koyuki-san, is very kind and treats my dog very kindly. She is supposed to be shy, but she quickly turns into a loving older sister. The other Nakai-san, the cashier who was at the front desk at night? Everyone was kind and nice.

This is my third time staying here, and I'm very satisfied with the hospitality that hasn't changed since the first time. When I arrive, the waiter greets me with a smile, and although it's an old inn, it's clean and beautiful. It has everything I need for my dog. I think the attentive service is the best. And above all, the food is very delicious. The presentation is beautiful, and you can enjoy a high-class kaiseki meal.My child eats the dog meal every time. All the staff are kind. It's a wonderful inn that makes me want to go again even though I just went there.

The building itself feels old, but I felt that it was well-maintained and the inn was very comfortable. At check-in time, I was surprised by the service that the waitress was waiting outside.Everyone was kind to my dog, and best of all, I was able to eat breakfast and dinner in my room with my dog.I visited here this time for my dog's birthday, and they gave me a surprise cake after the meal. I was very happy and it became a good memory ☺️

Thank you for staying with us for one night at Annex Umeeda.First of all, Mr. Nakai (Mr. Koyuki), who was in charge of me, had a great hospitality and was wonderful. It seems that he has attended an animal training school himself, and my pet dog has received a lot of love from him. And dinner and breakfast dishes. It was a perfect score. Although the room had deteriorated over time, it was thoroughly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. Needless to say, the bath is at Shuzenji Onsen, a famous hot spring. The open-air bath attached to the room and the large public bath were both great. I don't go to this inn very often because it's expensive, but it's a ryokan that I would like to visit on a milestone occasion.I requested a bouquet for my wife, and I would like to thank you for providing such high quality flowers. The massage that Koyuki-san introduced me to was a daily routine, and the hot springs in between were really great.See you again. thank you very much.

To be honest, I was worried after reading the latest reviews, but it was ridiculous! !It was very moving to see the Nakai-san waiting for us in the parking lot, and we were also very happy to see the Nakai-san who was in charge of the dog taking such good care of the dog☺️The rice was also delicious😋I was also happy that I was able to reserve a private bath for my family♨️I gave the dog snacks, a ball, and water, and we immediately went outside to play at the dog run ⚾️✨I hope I can visit you again 😊
