"A luxurious time spent freely in an extraordinary environment"The biggest attraction of Village Izukogen is its spacious suites and ocean views. Boasting all rooms over 78 square meters in size, this hotel is a condominium type hotel with a kitchen, making it ideal for long-term stays. We stayed on a room-only plan, but it was equipped with facilities that allowed us to cook our own meals, so we were able to enjoy our free time. What was particularly impressive was the view of the Sagami Sea from the balcony and observation bath. In the morning, there was a beautiful view of the sun rising over the sea, and at night, the lights of the fishing boats and moonlight were magical. It's the perfect location to spend some relaxing time. However, since the hotel is located on a mountain, it may be a little inconvenient if you do not have access by car. There are few restaurants nearby, so it is convenient to do your shopping in advance. Also, some parts of the building felt a little old, but the spacious rooms and hot spring facilities made up for this.Overall, this is a place recommended for those who want to spend some quiet and relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a comfortable stay where you could feel refreshed in the midst of nature.Villaggio Izu Kogen offers spacious suites with stunning ocean views, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are large and equipped with kitchens, making long stays comfortable. The balcony and open-air baths provide breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunrise and sunset However, the hotel is a bit remote, so having a car is convenient, and there are limited nearby restaurants, so it's wise to bring your own food. Some parts of the hotel show signs of age, but the spacious rooms and peaceful atmosphere make up for it, offering a serene retreat from the city.

I visited a few years ago, and when I checked in, I had to wait in my car at an uphill rotary and there was a huge traffic jam.The person coming from behind packed the car to the limit, and the hotel staff came and said, ``Please tell the person behind me to move back a little because the car was packed too tightly and it would be dangerous to start,'' but that person didn't close the car. I just popped in between the cars and smiled....I don't understand what that means. In the first place, there is a huge traffic jam because the hotel is not managing check-in properly. The hotel itself was clean, but the hallway in front of the elevator had a very strange paint-like smell.I think I had sukiyaki for dinner in my room, but there was no rice, so they served me some udon noodles, but what do you mean sukiyaki without rice? I couldn't help but call the front desk and asked if there was any food available. I asked and was told that it was available, but there was a fee.Isn't that usually the food? And do I have to pay extra? I thought it didn't make sense after all.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my one year old child. The kids room was spacious and they could crawl freely, which was great. There's no end to the good points lolIt is well-maintained and every corner is clean. There are just the right amount of toys, not too many and not too few.You can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV in your room. The sofa in the room is large and comfortable. The Japanese-style room is convenient for changing children's clothes and diapers. You can spread a futon on the tatami mats and let your child sleep comfortably (there was also a crib). The washroom and bathroom are spacious. There was a step stool for children in the wash basin, so they could make their debut by washing their hands. It comes with a kitchen, so washing up is convenient. The refrigerator is also large enough to store souvenirs from your trip. There are simple tableware such as plates and glasses, so you can buy fruits and snacks to eat. There were high and low baby chairs. The ocean, trees, and Izu Oshima can be seen from the windows of the room and bathroom, and you will be amazed by the magnificent scenery.I thought it was a nice place to stay.It felt more like renting a friend's vacation apartment for a few days than a luxury hotel.By the way, since the room was on the first floor, it was easy to move the stroller and luggage from the parking lot.The public bath and restaurant are in separate buildings, so you have to walk a bit (all indoors)The buffet was delicious both morning and evening! All the staff members are very kind. I was surprised that there was a baby food service. It was an inn I would like to stay at again.

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights in September. The room was large, had a kitchen, and had a nice view. It's old, but it was well kept.It rained heavily on the second day, but my son was able to enjoy playing in the pool. (I'm glad it was empty)There wasn't anything for my child to eat at the buffet, so I asked if I could bring in some sprinkles, and they happily did so. thank you. There is a kitchen, but there is nothing in it, so if you want some dishes you have to rent them, the main building is far away and it's a hassle, there are pigeons nesting on the balcony and it's dirty, and there are dogs. There were times when I couldn't sleep because my dog was barking all the time...I'm glad my kids were able to make summer memories.I was glad that the staff were all friendly.thank you very much.

Because the view is great. You can see the starry sky and the ocean from your room. The rooms seem to have the bare minimum of amenities. The building is old, because the whole room smells old.
