It was a great traditional experience, right in the middle of the old town, close to restaurants and the morning market.The rooms were big and beautiful, but the stairs were quite steep.The hot tub and the bathroom were great.There are not a lot of kitchen amenities, but a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks.The service was impeccable.

Absolutely loved our stay at Iori Takayama. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, really well equipped and in a great location. Super spacious for our family of 5. Excellent service start to finish - so helpful and accommodating. Very highly recommend!

I stayed at TAKAYAMA. I was grateful that there was a parking lot diagonally across from my house! The ceiling is a little low and the floorboards make a creaking sound, but this is due to the old-fashioned house, so it's something you can't experience in everyday life, so it was nice to be able to feel the history! I thought it would be cold because it's a wooden building, but it was equipped with an air conditioner and gas heater, so I was able to stay warm! The view from the open-air bath was great because you could see the maple leaves and a small garden, giving it an extraordinary feeling! The bedroom was on the second floor, and unlike the historic feel of an old house on the first floor, it looked like a modern Japanese-style room and was very beautiful! I went with my baby, and I was glad that we had a tatami room so we could spend a relaxing time! When my baby got tired from sightseeing around the old town or when I needed to change his diaper, I was able to walk right back to the inn and take a break, so it was great! I was worried that the stairs to the second floor were a bit steep, but the staff told me that I could sleep on a futon on the first floor, so I felt at ease! Since the entire building is rented, our staff is not always on-site, but they will respond immediately via email or phone! Thank you very much for your time!

We stayed at the IORI Shiroayama and it was a pleasure from beginning to end! Very impressive and welcoming service at check in. The house itself is in a stunning location that is also very convenient for exploring the city itself. The design inside is incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough!

100 y/o traditional house with a lot of detailed decorations and modern amenities. There is only one shower, toilet and sink in the house. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Beds are comfortable. There is AC and fast wifi. They provide transportation to/from the station, fridge full of beverages and other things. The service is top notch and very responsive.

This is a relatively new hotel in Takayama, a competitive area for accommodation.Isn't this the best inclusive hotel ever? First of all, the location of the hotel is in a great location along the Miyagawa River where you can hear the sound of the river and the chirping of insects.Located in San-no-machi, convenient for sightseeing.Fully equipped with amenities, including tableware and home appliances, so you can stay for a week.And best of all, it was equipped with a sauna.Breakfast is modest in quantity but satisfyingly delicious.I would like to use it again when traveling to Takayama.

Since we rented out the entire house, it was fun to be able to use it at will.There were plenty of amenities so I didn't have any problems.

A townhouse located right next to Takayama Jinya.I had a luxurious stay alone.Although it is said to be over 100 years old, it is clean and comfortable.There are no people coming and going except for check-in and meal serving, so you can relax.Also, when I told the staff in charge of my plans for the next day, they were very kind to me, such as checking the bus schedule and driving me to the station in the morning according to that time.It was really helpful because the time was different from what I had checked.The accommodation was comfortable, the people were kind, and it was a very nice stay.
