The rooms and building are nice, but it's a little far from the downtown area, so it may be inconvenient for people who enjoy eating and drinking. There is a pachinko parlor nearby, so I think it's a good location for those traveling.

It's not even a resort area, but there are palm trees growing here just to add to the atmosphere. ...But the hotel rooms are spacious and have balconies. The large bathtub has a TV and shower booth, making it look like a resort hotel. However, the view is of a normal cityscape, but you can still see a panoramic view of Hamamatsu city, and if you like it, you can even see the train.Parking is free. A smartphone environment is also available, including Wi-Fi and a bedside power source. The large TV is compatible with not only BS but also YouTube, etc. The refrigerator also has a freezer compartment, so there's no shortage of things. The drink service and draft beer (with snacks) in the lounge on the first floor were really delicious.Breakfast is buffet-style and has a wide variety of items that you wouldn't think is free. Egg dishes, hamburgers, pancakes, etc. will be baked at the venue. Mainly Japanese food, and the boiled chicken wings are delicious. But isn't the bread just not good enough? ....Overall, this is a very good hotel, including the staff's customer service. I would like to use it again when I stay in Hamamatsu in the future.

It was a cheap or bad hotel.A villa hotel built at the base of Kuretake Hotels, which operates in the Tokai area centered on Hamamatsu.Although there are some remnants of its former use as a wedding hall, it is extremely dilapidated. The room is dimly lit, and the size of the bathroom may be a remnant of the villa, but the door to the bathroom is crooked and doesn't close naturally.Chaos where the hotel side gives up and lowers the price and displays comic books in the lobby.I thought it would be better to renovate soon.

It was the type of hotel where you buy a ticket to watch pay TV channels, but I was told that the equipment in my room was broken and I couldn't use it. At first, there was no explanation at all, and I found out after hearing from them, and I was wondering if they would do anything to change the room or change the equipment, but I was told with a smile that they were sorry, and the mat in the room was trash. Did you pick it up from a dump? The mat was dirty and had a mysterious red paint on it, the room clothes were covered with dirty things, and the air conditioner in the room was not very effective considering its sound and did not cool the room at all. It's strange that they don't prohibit the use of a room like this and offer it at the same price as the others.

I like retro atmospheres, so I was very excited and thought everything from the lobby to the elevators to the design of the guest rooms was cute!I also appreciated the drink service. It's an old building, so when it comes to dirt (especially the carpet) and lingering smells, it's just, well, okay. It's okay because neither I nor my partner are sensitive, but I think each person perceives it differently. When I entered the room, I was concerned about the smell from the water area, but it was resolved after I left the water running for a while. The size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff are all ◎. So I think it's the best considering the cost performance!I would like to use it again when staying in Hamamatsu. Thank you for your help.

An oldie, but a goodie.Stayed here as it was close to Suzuki Plaza.Found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating to us Australians. The room we had was large, with a full size bath and shower, plenty of space. Also a nice view from the balcony. As an unexpected bonus, breakfast is included at no extra charge. All in all, a quaint older hotel that looked to be built to very high standards, wonderful staff, nothing to complain about, would stay there again.

We had a double bed and a single room.Considering the year the hotel opened, there are a few things that bothered me, such as the carpet in the guest room being stained with dirt and one bedside light not working. If you open the curtains during the day, you can still get some sunlight, but the lighting is so dim that it gets dark as soon as you close the curtains. You need to be careful in the bathroom as it tends to trap moisture. The air conditioning seems to be centrally controlled, and you can adjust the intensity with the volume switch on the side table, but you cannot change the temperature setting.

The building is old and has a Showa era feel and nostalgia. The rooms are spacious for the price, so even families can spend a relaxing time here.Parking is also free and easy to use.The breakfast venue is also child-friendly to some extent, so it is highly recommended if you are traveling with children to stay cheaply and comfortably in Hamamatsu.Although the variety of items is not that large, it is enough for free breakfast. It's a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car because it's far from the station. A short walk will take you to the city center. The bath is spacious enough to stretch your legs, and there is a TV in the bathroom as well, so you can take a relaxing bath. There is also a shower space, so you can take a shower without hesitation.
