I'm watching on the live camera on October 13, 2024, and it looks like snow is covering Hotaka.It looks like the autumn leaves are nearing their peak in Oita. (≧▽≦)On May 22, 2024, I sometimes see the live camera, but a large group of school excursors have arrived.It's sunny and perfect for taking commemorative photos. It will be a good souvenir.On Friday, May 10, 2024, we arrived at the new Sawando Ohashi parking lot, which was added several years ago, just before 5 o'clock. This was my 6th visit. I thought the first bus was at 5:03, but the first bus at the end of Golden Week was the bus from Sawando Ohashi Bus Terminal at 6:03, but I think it was the first bus from Shinshimashima Station Bus Terminal, but it was pretty empty so it was easy. It was. After all, the best way to deal with the abnormal number of inbound tourists these days is to visit early in the morning. Myojin Pond was also empty, so I was able to calm down and take lots of photos. As usual, I can only shoot in Auto mode with both mirrorless single-lens reflex cameras and premium compact cameras, but (≧▽≦)2024/05/09, I always watch on live camera. I'm leaving Tokyo by car this evening, and the forecast is for tomorrow ☀️, so I'd like to spend some time walking around from morning until afternoon. The snow in the Alps is melting much earlier than usual.I just caught a glimpse of the light car of the guy who collects and delivers Yu-Pack 🏣, which is always seen on the live camera.It's earlier than usual. I checked in in late August. It is located next to the Kamikochi Kappa Bridge. The location is excellent. The weather was very good when I checked in, so it was very cool even without air conditioning. The room was simple and clean, with warm and comfortable colors. There was a bathtub in the room for taking a bath, which was helpful It is a great way to relieve fatigue after a day of walking in Kamikochi. Both the French cuisine for dinner and breakfast are delicious. Most of the staff can communicate in English. Their response and service are professional. They should all be professionally trained. The beautiful scenery of Kamikochi is carefully managed. We spent a wonderful night at this hotel, unforgettable memories.

I stayed here for one night in early fall. In the first floor hallway, there are photos and exhibits that give you a sense of the hotel's history, giving you a sense of the high quality of the hotel. The guest rooms have been renovated and have a calm atmosphere with a good mix of classic and contemporary design, and the view of the Azusa River from the terrace is also exceptional. The food was wonderful, inheriting the traditions that have been around since the establishment of the restaurant, but also using plenty of seasonal ingredients.I was also impressed by the staff member, Mr. Ushioda, who promptly delivered my lost items to my home with a handwritten message. I wasn't able to experience the lounge on the first floor this time, so I would like to visit again in the spring next time. Highly recommended for those who want to fully experience the nature of Kamikochi.

We stayed in a Western-style twin room on the 3rd floor for 2 nights during the fresh green season. I was able to see a large colony of Nirinsou that looked like a white carpet! The view of Kamikochi while listening to the murmuring of the Azusa River and drinking coffee from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The food was also very delicious. The bath in the room was also large and comfortable. All the staff members were kind and courteous. It was a wonderful memory. thank you very much!

Thank you for taking care of me and my family for one night and two days. I have stayed at many hotels and inns, but this is by far my favorite. It is also conveniently accessible for tourists. The view from the window is also spectacular. The sound of the river flowing nearby becomes the best lullaby at night. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed to be easy to use. And the service and attendance were both excellent. His care and concern is not pushy, but he is also not overly friendly. I am even impressed by the high standard of Gosenjaku Hotel. The most important part was the meal, but to be honest, it was such a shock that it almost came as a surprise. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for it, even though it's a hotel in the mountains (sorry), but wouldn't it be difficult to find a French restaurant on the plains that can offer this kind of cuisine? Everything was wonderful. My son, who enjoyed the pairing, raved that there is no other pairing like this. Kamikochi is a unique place. It is a place where nostalgia, admiration, and various feelings intertwine and cannot be expressed in words. This is the facility where I stayed when I went to Kamikochi for the first time. The room and toilet were clean, and the food was delicious, even though it was my first time eating French food. It was a filling meal that didn't upset my stomach. Alcohol was expensive, but those who are prone to symptoms of altitude sickness should avoid alcohol. Thank you very much, I hope to visit again.

We had lunch on the second floor of Gosenjaku Hotel Kamikochi. There were many types of curry, and I was able to enjoy my meal while looking out at Kappa Bridge and Hotaka. It was very delicious. At the souvenir corner on the first floor, there were Gosenjaku Hotel original products.

I stayed at Gosenjaku Hotel on my honeymoon in September 47 years ago, and I would like to thank you for your kindness.It was the best time of the season, and I vividly remember that the Azusa River flowing from Kappa Bridge was clear and the air in Hotaka was very clean.I have lived many different lives, and this year I turned 75 years old.I would like to ask him again while I'm still alive and quietly trace his distant memories.

I visited Kamikochi for the first time in early August and stayed there for several nights. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, and is in the best location next to Kappa Bridge, where you can see the most famous view in Kamikochi. It was very convenient for walking around the area and hiking to Myojin Pond and Taisho Pond. From the balcony on the 4th floor, you can see Kappa Bridge, Azusa River, and the Hotaka mountains.At this time of year, the area around Kappa Bridge is crowded with people during the day, but it gets quieter in the evening. On the other hand, in the morning, many climbers wearing bear bells come and go from quite early in the morning, so it doesn't feel quiet. I came across a group of monkeys crossing the bridge from the left bank to the right bank.The room is very clean and functional. However, there is no air conditioning. Even in Kamikochi, it's not cool on extremely hot days. The facility's large public bath is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and the next morning. It was a little hot. There was a table for guests next to the cafe where customers were lining up, and they were able to eat sweets and snacks there.A French dinner is a full meal that takes nearly two hours. The menu was different on the first and second day, and both were delicious. The drink menu is expensive. After dinner, we went on a one-hour stargazing guided tour, but we ended up lying down in an unexpected location.The accommodation fee was quite expensive, and I had to be prepared to make a reservation, but the facilities were well-equipped, the food was delicious, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Ta. I would like to visit again this fall.

The food in the restaurant was not good. I order ice cream with bread and syrup. The ice-cream is terribly bad, there is even ice in the ice-cream and the syrup is too sweet to the point that it tastes bitter. Compared to the price and quality of the food, not recommended.
