It's tiny, but they're up front about this. On the plus side, it's clean and in a fantastic location for exploring the city. The beds are great and if you don't intend on spending a lot of time in accommodation I'd definitely reccommend.

The accommodation was in a great location and the neighborhood was fun to wander in. The house had everything we needed and there were many options for local eating out. The bakery on the corner was heaven and the little bar around the corner called Raccos was cool. The space was indeed tiny and a bit difficult to store luggage. The living area was not much wider than a hallway so for 3 adults sharing it was quite a squish - but we didn’t hang out there much since we were out exploring most of the 4 days. No problems checking in or out and good communication from host.

The Hatagaya location is a hidden gem. Two subway stations to Shinjuku. Short bus ride to Shibuya. Very small, but perfectly functional house. Great support from the owners!

Great location, easy to check in and quick responses from host. Description is accurate and it was a cute, tiny place. The beds were comfortable and it had all things we needed for a great stay. Only negative is that it does have steep stairs to the bedrooms so not recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Close to the station and some great local dining spaces around. The home had aircon in every room, portable Wi-Fi saved us getting lost more times than I can count. Home was clean and had everything we could have needed. Host was very accommodating with allergies. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay close to Shinjuku or Shibuya.

The host allow us to put bag early without any extra charges. We easily can find the house and the house is easy access from the main road, and walking distance to the train, halal food and Family Mart/7 Eleven. The house is super clean and functional. We absolutely will stay here again next time.
