The staff's response is very bad!Even if I ring the doorbell, no one comes.When I was in a hurry, I kept waiting for a long time even though I rang the reception bell.Since some customers are in a hurry, it is natural for at least one person to wait at the reception desk.I can't do the normal things.When the family remained at the reception desk, a male employee came out a little later, looking lethargic, but after answering a couple of questions in an unfaithful manner, he immediately retreated to the back. . I couldn't ask everything I wanted to because he would withdraw immediately.If this is the case, please don't go to Nango Onsen. It will only lower the reputation of Nango Onsen.I don't want to go there again.

Probably wasn’t a good idea to eat raw egg and sukiyaki in the hot, humid summer - stomach pains and the runs for three days after. And yeah it feels like you’re an inconvenience to the staff by staying there. (Pretty sure we were the only couple there on the night.)

The bus stop is right at the door, and the receptionist is kind and friendly. Although his dialect is very strong, and we are not used to it, we couldn't understand it very well. After I said "Kansai 偁はちょっと无しい", she slowed down her speech It's cute that it speeds up to try to make it easier for us to understand (and soon speeds up again).The room is spacious and clean, with a good view. The refrigerator, the cabinets above it and some corners are not very tidy. The dinner is exquisite and sumptuous, the bathhouse is clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are bright.The charges are reasonable and the atmosphere is friendly. Apart from the traffic, it is worth visiting again and again!

I reserved a bento for a memorial service.They didn't arrive when the delivery time came, so I called them and they said they would be there right away. Ahhh. After calling several times, the delivery was 30 minutes late. The person who delivered it was also smiling and saying sorry for being late. The response was extremely rude. I will never ask again. Delivery is not recommended.

I visited Mt. Tagomi in the Konan Alps for the first time in 30 years. This was my first time staying at Nango Onsen, and I felt at ease as the room was clean and well-maintained.The Omi beef sukiyaki was delicious and had enough volume to make it filling.Great food, hot springs, and rooms. Enjoy your trip.I was able to enjoy it.

The other day, I went to buy carp stew for the first time in a while, and I was shocked at the way the female employee served me, looking down at me. It's a shame because the taste is amazing. I've been going there often to buy things since my grandparents' time, but I don't think I'll ever go there again.

I came here for a relative's memorial service. I didn't stay there so I don't know about the room. The food was okay. I think it can't be helped because there were a lot of reservations on the day, but I think the food took a while to come out and the drinks took a while. I felt that the part-time worker in the back was not moving well. The view was nice.

It was a river fish course. The course itself was voluminous, so the overall flavor was light and satisfying. Naturally, the carp was very fresh and the dish was very satisfying. The bath is not as vast as a public bathhouse. Since it is not a new building, there are no new building materials. However, you can see the flow of the Seta River from the window while soaking in the bathtub. The guest room was larger than I expected, pure Japanese style, and clean. The hostess and Nakai's customer service was very natural and gave me a good impression.

Used for day trip bathing. The website says it's 800 yen, but I was charged 900 yen...why?The bath has shampoo and body soap. The bathhouse is not large. The view is nice, but there are a lot of insects and spider webs on the outside windows...I think the windows need cleaning.

I ate what was served and left the table, but apparently there was still some dessert left.We were provided with a child's chair, but the seat was at the same height as the table, so it was very difficult to sit down as our feet hit the table.Since there is a charge for sleeping together, I would like you to prepare something that can be used properly.・It can't be helped that the room is old, but it's not cleaned properly. A group used it for lunch. As others have mentioned, there is a large hall, but due to a lack of employees, it seems that they cannot accommodate groups at all. When I took my seat, only the unlit sukiyaki, half-sliced sashimi, and a small side dish were set on the table. Tea is self served. From "Itadakimasu", rice suddenly appears. The situation continues for a while, so those who are hungry eat half a piece of sukuri while refilling their rice. Finally, Chukkaman appears and lights the fire individually. Chawanmushi appeared after a long time. Is it over after a long time? Just when I thought that, tempura appeared. If it came with shrimp, it would have been worth the wait, but it wasn't a big deal. And finally, red soup stock appears in a small bowl. I had already finished eating, and to be honest, the order in which the food was served was unprofessional. There was no souvenir section in the store, and I ended up waiting for my meal for an hour and 30 minutes. It's a shame because the view from the dining area was nice. As a customer, we all divided our hands and helped with serving the food, and although we managed to get by, the staff didn't even say a word about the inconvenience caused.
