Just before the inn, you'll have to climb a fairly steep slope. It's a hidden inn with no shops around.I stayed at this inn, which had a private room with an open-air bath, to give my parents some time to relax as their legs were getting worse and they didn't go out much anymore. My parents, who are over 80 years old, my daughter, and my son, a high school student, went there at the end of our summer vacation. There is no shop selling souvenirs etc. in the lobby, and there are no recreational facilities, so this is purely an inn for overnight stay. It's not barrier-free, so there are stairs and steps inside the room, but my parents don't seem to have a problem because their home also has stairs.Although it is inconvenient, it is highly recommended for those who consider inconvenience to be the real pleasure of traveling. The staff at the inn are all very kind, and the customer service is just what you need without being pushy, with the warmth of a good old Japanese inn.The food is also typical of a good old inn, with a wide variety of elaborate items that you won't be able to finish. There are some delicious things and some not so good ones, but overall the content is quite satisfying.Although it is a severe season with lingering summer heat, it was mostly cloudy, so I was able to enjoy the open-air bath without being too hot. There were no insects that I was worried about, and I went in there many times during the day and at night. The hot water is not circulated but flows directly from the source, so it was very luxurious and pleasant. My skin and hair have become smooth.I was told that I could use soap and shampoo, but there was also a slatted floor, so I didn't feel comfortable running dirty water, so I washed my body in the indoor bath. The indoor bath was also available for private use and I enjoyed it leisurely.During my stay, I was able to relax without leaving my room, so it was perfect for the purpose of this trip.I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness, good customer service, good baths, good food, and good value for money.

○It's old, dark, and scary. At least I wish the lights in the cabin were a little brighter. There is no light in the open-air bath in the guest room.○The location is difficult to access, and there are no shops nearby where you can buy drinks.○The hot springs are free-flowing, but the water in the open-air baths in the guest rooms is lukewarm. The quality of the spring water was very good as it was a slightly slimy sodium spring.○The people working there, including Mr. Nakai, were very nice.

First of all, I had something to do at the inn, so I called, but for some reason the call was not connected and was transferred to my cell phone, followed by an announcement that the power was off...I didn't get a call back until the next day. The inn also had an open-air bath, but it didn't feel very clean so I didn't take a bath. The indoor bath is always reserved and someone else is taking it, so I ended up not being able to use it when I wanted to.The room was small for 4 people and there were steps so I was afraid of tripping. As for the food, udon was served from the beginning, and even though it cost 50,000 yen, the contents were a mess.Ise lobster that was in your plan? It was a huge disappointment to my expectations...Breakfast is hot and boiled tofu! I wanted it to have a little more seasonal feel.I was wondering why Jalan's reviews were so high. The saving grace was that the Japanese Mr. Nakai was kind.I don't usually write reviews, but it was such a disappointing stay that I decided to write one.

The reviews were good and I had high expectations for the room with an open-air bath, but I was disappointed. As for the food, the sashimi in the tub was delicious, but there was nothing else special about it...I felt like I was full from the udon noodles. I didn't need Inari rice and fruit for a late night snack, so I wanted something a little more creative. The white rice for breakfast was sweet, glossy, and delicious. The staff were often very helpful, but even though I apologized for having to walk up a hill in the rain and arrive much earlier than the check-in time, they were cold to me and when I checked out. , I had to wait at the reception desk for nearly 10 minutes even though the bus time was approaching. The family bath is like a bath at a training camp. Also, the air conditioner in the room was very loud, didn't work at all, and was cold...well, I guess that's how it is. I don't think I'll go again. I learned that I shouldn't be fooled by reviews.

The type where you take off your shoes when you enter the front desk.Is it more than 20cm tall? Please be careful if you have bad feet. The Nakai's explanation of the meals was very thorough. The sashimi was served in a tub, and each one was a feast for the eyes.I grilled meat on a tile and ate it.was delicious.I had a second helping of rice for breakfast too! Please cover the open-air bath in your guest room with an aluminum lid, as it will get lukewarm. That's how it was explained, and it's really true. When you enter, your body temperature will quickly cool you down. Please be sure to close the lid when leaving.Layout of the room...The TV is at the end of the room and the safe is in the middle (lol)Isn't it the other way around? There was a pot next to the TV, and it would boil as soon as it cooled down, so I was worried about the electrical appliances as steam came out. There is indirect lighting behind the electric kettle, so the pot gets in the way when I try to turn off the light. It doesn't matterI don't care (lol)a!I forgot to take a photo of the dinner, but there will be Inari statues and fruits.I ate it during the after-party (^o^)
