There was a scratch campaign, and when I scratched it, I won 2nd prize. When I called the front desk, I was told that the discount was not applicable for reservations. When I looked at the paper and the campaign page, I didn't see anything written about it, and if it wasn't applicable from the beginning, I wish they wouldn't have put it in the room. I felt happy and sad. It's a shame because the room is nice.

There are torii gates and it has an amusement feel, but it is Kyoto! Kyoto people are a littleThe inside is large and difficult to understand.The gravel and stepping stones made it difficult to walk in heels.The payment machine is broken and unusable, so I have to go to the front desk each time.The air conditioner also smelled bad, and I regret staying at a hotel in a residential area of Okazaki.

The building was older, there weren't many electrical outlets, and the ventilation fan was annoying, but the room was clean and the bathtub was spacious.The rooftop open-air bath was also nice.But the best thing was the customer service from all the staff.To be honest, I was surprised by the courteous service that was the complete opposite of the cool atmosphere of the hotel.

I chose the best room.When I tried to use the built-in Bluetooth speaker in front of the TV, I got a warning that there was no charge, so I looked at the charging wire and found that the charging port on the speaker side was broken.It's a shame because I wanted to listen to music and relax.It's the best room, so I want you to check and fix the things that come with it.That was disappointing.

It was my first time to have a bad experience at Lotus.The room was full of dust, and the goldfish was left dead (so much so that it turned into bones).I don't understand the extra charge for the service fee.

The sauna after the pool was great.Android TV and facilities were perfect.The staff are also kind and polite, making the hotel feel comfortable.This is one of the hotels I would like to visit again.thank you very much.

Reserve only the room rank when making reservations.It became Sadako's room.Nothing happens unless I press a button, but just being in a room like that made me feel uneasy.When I looked it up on the website, I didn't know that Sadako was there, and I regret that if I had known that there was a room with Sadako in this rank, I would have either not booked it or changed the rank.Other than that it was very good.

The cell phone in the hotel is not connected. There are times when the extension phone doesn't work either. I was temporarily isolated and panicked. Please fix the Wi-Fi as soon as possible.
