First, the elevator was out of order so I had to take the stairs.There was no staff, so I didn't have any help or knew what to do.This time I had a very heavy carry-on bag, so I had a hard time carrying it up to the 5th floor.Breakdowns are unavoidable, but shouldn't they at least be announced in advance? No prior announcement is too bad.In addition, there were other small points that were found to be poorly maintained, such as the lights not being on up to the fifth floor and the ice machine not producing ice.I was asked to refrain from making negative comments like the one above for review purposes, so I sent it via email, but it was ignored.I can't recommend it at all because the service is terrible from start to finish.

We have stayed with a friend for 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. It is very close to the bus station, and it has a Family Mart that is only ~3 minutes away. The interior is nice and new, the bed is soft, you can take free amenities, etc. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price! 👍

We’re a couple stay for two nights of July. Our stay is good, nothing out of the ordinary. Everything here is self-service and I learnt that it’s normal here in Japan. The checkin process is easy and smooth to us. Quiet, stay away from busy neighbourhood but having necessary shop and things nearby so it’s convenient. There’s a washing machine and dryer so we could do the laundry with reasonable price. It’s also easy to get to the hotel by bus from Kyoto Station. For us the stay is worth the money we spent.

It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The comfort of the room and bathroom. The proximity to the train station. 24 hour store on the corner. Easy for check in and check out. It has complimentary products such as a toothbrush, slippers, hair goths, etc. The possibility of washing your clothes at a low price and shared use microwaves. In the room a comfortable table to work on, refrigerator and electric kettle, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning. It really was perfect and very comfortable. If I go back I would choose it again. First of all, it is difficult to understand how to check in for first-time visitors.There is no staff at the front desk, and you will receive check-in instructions via email.The room number, entrance password, and key locker password are listed there, and you enter the password to enter. However, since the luggage storage service cannot be entered into the room at this time, the email instructed me to leave it with a note in front of the room door, so I left it there and checked in later, but my luggage was left there. It was abandoned and it was very noisy. Will it be properly insured if it gets stolen?Therefore, it is better not to check your luggage.Also, there was so much noise from outside that I had a hard time sleeping at night.The rooms are very clean, so I think this is the best hotel for people who don't mind noise.

Even during Golden Week, we were able to stay for two adults for around 8,000 yen. The twin room was clean and it was the best hotel I stayed at during Golden Week!
